Michael did a courtesy inspection to satisfy the buyers of my home that the toilet was stable.Kevin did the initial job and I was very pleased.Their home inspector put in his report that the master toilet was loose.I call BF for a courtesy inspection and Michael came out (on a Sunday morning) and found the toilet to be firmly secured to the floor.I’m a fan and would highly recommend BF.

Eddie Garcia, tech 1336, worked magic on our Main sewer line today. We woke up to gurgling toilets and sinks on a Saturday. Oh no! I tried to fix it myself my pulling the lid on our septic tank, running a hose up the clean out, even trying to run my snake down the toilet. No Luck! I knew I needed a professional, but on a Saturday? Probably double the price, I thought. Wow, was I surprised when I looked up Plumbers on Angie's List, found that Roto-Rooter was #1 in Charlotte....and there was no surcharge for weekends and nights! And, on top of that, Angie's List members can print off a $40 discount coupon. So, with one short phone call, I had Eddie Garcia from Roto Rooter on his way. Upon is arrival, we discussed the problem, he proposed a few solutions, then we agreed upon a process where he would pull one toilet, run his power snake down the drain, clean out the stoppage, then run a separate snake down the entire length of the pipe with a camera. A camera!!! Cool. Eddie let me watch along with him as the camera traversed the entire 60' between the toilet and the clean out, passing intersection after intersection, showing me that indeed, the pipe was clear! Amazing service, and with a 90-day warranty, I am looking forward to waking up Sunday morning with peace of mind! Thanks Eddie!

It was a Sunday and my shower faucet had broken. I called Charlotte plumbing masters from the time I called they were very professional. They got to me quick and fixed the problem. Great service!!!

After calling 5 other recommended plumbers and no one returning my call with the exception of one who was out of town and could come the next day, I had an emergency on Sunday when my washer drain pipe started filling up after doing a load of laundry and it was gurgling and started to leak down the wall. Luckily it stopped overflowing once the washer stopped but I knew it should not wait until the next day so having prior experience with Rotor Rooter over past years I called and they were out within an hour and had the work completed within an hour. I still have not received a call from the other plumbers and I greatly appreciate their quick response and attention especially over the weekend. They did a great job, no contact service, very clean.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain. If you’re looking for a Good Charlotte plumber, call these guys!
