This consumer was scammed. Taking my issue to BF management proved they don’t care.All 6 representatives I met were amiable and professional. However…Prices and rates are premium, services were flawed, and a promised discount was denied.Incomplete work required 2 additional service calls. Even after that, I had to restore hot water flow myself, opening a valve erroneously left closed after 2nd plumber left.I regret decisions made on BF’s “sales” promises. Should have insisted upon a FULLY itemized, written proposal BEFORE work began. Managers defend their business processes, and would not “hear” this client’s issues.

The technician (Matthew) was prompt, professional, and generally helpful. The service was fast and he left me with options and information when dealing with my HOA to correct external problems. Would definitely call again if I need plumbing help.

Great service. I was looking for someone to clean out my underground drainage pipes that connect to my gutter downspouts as they were badly clogged and the pop up drain had been long since covered by sod and dirt. I called at 1:45 on Monday, the crew was at my door by 3. They walked the property with me and explained they do the job I needed all the time. They gave me a price and started working right away. TJ and Adonis were finished in half the time they expected so ended up charging me only a portion of the original quoted rate. It was a very nice surprise. I have called several other companies and no other plumbers wanted to take on this job. I would definitely hire them again.

I have dealt with many contractors that have performed maintenance and repairs on my home. Many are good, some are average and a few have not done well at all. I was having some plumbing problems and another plumbing company came out but not only was the young man unprofessional but did not fix the job. On the 27 of March I got in touch with Charlotte Plumbing Masters and they sent Jordan Johnson, Not only was he professional but did an outstanding job. I was 100% pleased with him and the excellent job he did very clean and had me check the job when he was finished.

Used snake to clean main sewer line out to the street. Drain is now clear. Adolfo did a very good job. Very pleasant to work with.

Chris came out for a drainage issue, he scoped the line and found a break ws very knowledgable an professional with his explanation on how to fix and what steps to take in the meantime until repairs could be made , was very impressed with the service we received ?

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

Had previously used but never again. Left two bathrooms dirty from installation of two toilets and four sinks. Returned second day to compete order and did not fix the problem instead backed their truck into my lawn and left a large rut and broke a sprinkler head in the process. I was billed over $1700 and no one ever called me about my complaint about mess left in bathrooms or my lawn. Unacceptable.
