Best Water Heater Burst in Charlotte NC

Paul was phenomenal!!!!! It was hard for us to find someone that we trusted with our custom home. But Paul was absolute fantastic, brilliant, efficient and we are beyond happy with his work.

A negative star would be more accurate for this company, not only are they overpriced but they are very unprofessional. They have a commercial advertising clean professional plumbers but when the guy showed up at my house first thing in the morning he looked like he rolled out of a ditch and smelled like cigarettes and alcohol. He then quoted me $2,300 to replace an electric water heater which I priced online and the unit only cost $450. I ended up calling Morris Jenkins which you would think they would be more expensive and I got the job done for half price with a better warranty.

We called All Hours after discovering a burst hot water pipe in our crawl space. Brett showed up to our house within 20 minutes and had the pipe fixed in no time. All Hours came highly recommended and we saw firsthand exactly why. Thank you!

The Service was outstanding. The Service Technician Van kept me updated throughout the process. Van provided outstanding service and got the problem resolved very quickly. I would gladly use Roto Rooter again!!

Awesome job by Willie and his team. Devin came out yesterday and cleaned the drain and sent another guy over to camera the lines. We found the pipe broken in a couple spots. Willie and his team came back out the next day to repair the pipe. Great job gentlemen! Thanks again.Rob Burton/Keith Varney

From the moment I spoke to Robin on the phone and up until Ken left my house, I knew I made the right call. Robin was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She informed me on their services and scheduled Ken to do the work. Ken arrived on-time. He was extremely professional with a very affable manner. Ken was experienced in the work he was doing in my home and guided me on a few other plumbing projects I asked him about that need to get done. I've never used Fatman for my plumbing needs but I was just in the Chick-Fil-A drive through and the van in front of me (Fatman Plumbing) paid for my meal. I thanked the ladies at the drive through and picked up the meal for the car behind me. Fatman Plumbing started something great at the Chick-Fil-A in Wesley Chapel.
