I used to do all my own plumbing repairs, but I've gotten too old to crawl under the house, so I threw a dart at my google screen and called AAA City Plumbing. Matt (and Bobby) were quick to find the problem with my water heater. It only needed to have a breaker reset inside the heater. I talked a bit with Matt and he was very informative about what might be going on to cause the problem. I am fairly knowledgeable about plumbing and thought he gave excellent advice. We also talked about what would be required to replace the 8 year old heater should the problem recur. Great guys!

Brett is a really great person to work with. He is so knowledgeable and you will be in good hands with his business. You never want to have to call a plumber but it sure is nice to have a good one you can trust when you need them!

I had an ongoing issue with a backup in my plumbing, causing my washer to leak. I called Roto Rooter at 1pm on Sunday, and within 1 hour, Rhett Reynolds (the best plumber in Charlotte) showed up at my house. As he was troubleshooting, he found a GAS LEAK with my water heater. Not only was there a gas leak, but I had stored my lawn mower in the same storage closet. Rhett quickly leapt into action, fixed the gas leak, and of course fixed the pumbing issue. I am so thankful to Rhett - he kept me from having a MUCH larger problem. I was extremely impressed with Rhett's customer service, he went above and beyond, and put me at ease! Because of Rhett, I will be a Roto-Rooter customer for life! THANKS!!!

After calling 5 other recommended plumbers and no one returning my call with the exception of one who was out of town and could come the next day, I had an emergency on Sunday when my washer drain pipe started filling up after doing a load of laundry and it was gurgling and started to leak down the wall. Luckily it stopped overflowing once the washer stopped but I knew it should not wait until the next day so having prior experience with Rotor Rooter over past years I called and they were out within an hour and had the work completed within an hour. I still have not received a call from the other plumbers and I greatly appreciate their quick response and attention especially over the weekend. They did a great job, no contact service, very clean.
