Recently, I had an water leaks from my washer faucet.This would make the 3rd plumbing issue I’d had to encountered within 6 month period. When Tore came out from Queen City Plumbing to help me. He not only fix my problem but helped lift my spirits by having positive attitude and a little sense of humor. Thanks for your customers service!

Have has an on going problem in master bath, toilet bubbling. Finally had to call a 24/7 plumber on a holiday weekend. Angelo was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Gave me options, some of which I have already had done in the past and seemed to be a temporary fix. He was informative and left all decisions to me with a no pressure feeling. Once he found the problem I decided to ahead and have him blow out the pipes if you will, lol. A little bit more than I wanted to pay but figured it’s worth a try since I’m tired of dealing with it. I would definitely use zoom drain again! After all, they say you get what you pay for! Fingers crossed the problem is solved. Feel confident so far.

They don’t answer the phone or return phone calls. I had work done for months ago, and my sink is now leaking all over again.

I am an out of town landlord and it is always scary for me to try and find people that you don’t actually meet that do exceptional work. From the phone call to the van pulling out of my drive, my experience was great. I was quoted an estimate for the service I requested and that is what I paid. The dispatcher/manager was pleasant and direct and pretty much unflappable. The plumber who came was the same. He was pleasant, efficient and left the bathroom cleaner than when he got there. Highly recommend .

Excellent overall customer service by Ward Plumbing. Was very impressed by the quality work done by Gary’s (great guy) son Jared & his right hand man, William (aka Chalky). Jared & Chalky not only went above & beyond in regards to the superb skills in dealing with a complex water heater issue but also couldn’t have been more personable, polite, and patient in doing the job the right way. You could tell they obviously care greatly about giving the best possible service at the best possible price. Ward Plumbing is the way to go!!!

MD has been great with us. We needed an estimate done. We had alot of companies come out to give us insight. It was a great learning experience for myself. MD was the only company that answered the phone, had a tech come out that day, and have us the quote within the next business day. Alot of the other local companies dragged with one or if not all of these. Some places took almost 2 weeks to get us the estimate. These guys work quick! At the end of the day Ron also gave us the most information. He was awesome to work with. I'm excited to work with them in the future with some other projects I have in the pipe line. No pun intended lol. Thanks guys!!

Just an honest guy that knows what he's doing and is definitely less expensive than the competition. Highly recommended. I'll use him again.
