Jeff arrived at my home within two hours of my call for help. He was very professional and courteous. He explained what he was about to do, what it would cost, and ensured I understood everything before proceeding.

Absolutely the WORST experience in my life! Unfortunately Lowe’s uses this “company” exclusively so after paying $35.00 for just a “detail” visit, at which time it was decided the dishwasher I purchased could be installed they FINALLY got me on the schedule a month later. Since they only work Monday-Friday, I took a vacation day for them to bring my new dishwasher and install it. The guy was over an hour late and when he finally showed up, he took one look at what it would take for the install (my water shut off is under the house), my new dishwasher suddenly developed a hole in the drain line and couldn’t be installed. The guy left and I haven’t seen him since. I ended up having to pay another contractor to pickup and install my dishwasher and since I was out of vacation time, had to pay overtime to have it done on a Saturday. Bliss nor Lowe’s refunded my $35.00 “detail” fee or the $249.00 dollars I paid, upfront, for the install. DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL MOT BE PURCHASING ANYMORE APPLIANCES FROM LOWES AS LONG AS THIS RIP OFF PLUMBER IS THE ONLY CONTRACTOR CHOICE!!!

A Sunday afternoon and D.R. Jordan came out within 30 minutes. Traits not always prevalent in today's world is who they are: integrity, totally honest, and just good people who take their business and reputation very seriously. Call them and you won't be disappointed.

I manage an apartment community and when we have a leak that maintenance is not able to repair, they are able to get us fixed same day and the technicians are very friendly and professional.

Called on Friday afternoon to replace leaking toilet...came out and were totally professional and the price was GREAT!

Plumber charges $196 for a one hour service call. Reported he could not fix our water heater, we would need to replace it. Within an hour of speaking to the plumber about the necessary repairs our tenant calls and informs us he has hot water. The plumber quoted us $1885 to replace the water heater which is $1000 more than 2 other plumbers we contacted. Find a more honest plumber for half the price.

This is a very, very long overdue review! Met owner years ago for dishwasher installation and have requested his services ever since! He is so humble that was not aware that company remodels bathrooms, kitchens, etc., until I looked @website! Our downstairs bathroom flooded thanks to faulty water pipes. The bathroom needed remodeling! Once the repair and remodel was finished, wanted to live there! lol Also remodeled master bathroom and it looks and is AMAZING! Definitely live in this bathroom! lol Next project is our first floor for floor replacement thanks to an appliance malfunction! #BlessingInDisguise lol Will plan to get total kitchen remodel hopefully in near future for upgrade with flooring and hopeful quick sale of home one day! Owner is honest, dependable, appreciative, respectful, personal, etc……all of the letters of the alphabet! Since his company is so excellent, word spread fast, so he is very busy, so please be patient! Thanks!

I work for Ashley HomeStore in Shallotte. We had a problem with a leaky toilet and called Drew. He came when promised, did a fantastic job! Great price as well! We will use again!

Lawrence is very professional and he did a great job replacing 4 interior doors for us. We would recommend him if you need new doors installed! He looked for ways to minimize our costs! Great job!

They don't even deserve one star. Called made an appointment and no one showed or even called. I tried calling them no answer and voice mail was full. The only thing I keep getting from them is to ask for a review. Well now you've got the review you keep asking for so now please leave me alone. Southend plumbing took care of everything and had it all done in one day.
