I've used Clog Busterz on a few separate occasions and they have been amazing! On top of their great service they saved me a ton of money compared to other companies.

We asked Mr. Ward to come out and give us a price on a new water heater. He charged us $185 simply to come out to assess it. He gave us a price of approximately $1900. We had another reputable company come out and perform the same service for $1300 . Mr. Ward is a very nice man but his cost was not reflective of anything near the service we required.

The ONLY PLUMBER I would let install a new water heater. Not only did Jake have wisdom beyond any imagination, but he found me an amazing water heater before the horrible weather here in KY, and installed it in under 6 hours. Thankful for an honest, family company that I can rely on!

The First Lady I talked to was very professional.She gave great details on what to expect from the company once tech arrives. They would give a break down of all work before doing anything. This was not done and tech came the max 15mins chaulked area and told my wife what he did and left. I called wife thinking company was on the way to check out the issue. She explained to me they came and gone. I reached out to the company second lady answering the phone told me how professional the tech were. I was asking over and over what did they see how did they repair it..At the end my basement flooded because of the poor repair by this company.

What a easy experience this was! We had our whole house repiped and we did our homework and they were not only highly recommended but the price was where we expected. Chip and the guys were very professional yet very kind to Stop and answer questions we had. They had one fella come inside ( and always took his shoes off!) and 2 others outside and under the house. They were able to get 85% done the first day and fixed it where we had a working bathroom and sink for overnight. They were back the next day and worked until they had checked and doubled checked each fitting, sink and toilet. They replaced a shower head and even hooked up a new toilet and vanity. They wiped everything down as they worked and asked if we needed anything else. Minor hiccup with a runoff issue and Chip came by and took care of it himself. Jim has been a huge help in many decisions and patient when we had more questions. Heck he even comes back 2-3 weeks after to make sure all is good.
