I looked on Google for a plumber for my kitchen sink that was completely clogged. I had tried multiple methods to no avail. I took a chance on Julian’s plumbing and I am glad that I did. Although the job was pricey, ( to no fault of theirs, my pipes were really clogged which required a heavy duty snake) the customer service was well worth the price. They were fast, efficient, and more importantly honest! As a female I am always leery of people trying to play me and I did not feel that way at all. The gentleman explained the what, where’s and why’s without me even asking. That shows true character. Thank you fellas. I will definitely recommend you all.

I spoke to a rep at the office around 4:30 pm, and was told someone would be at my home by 8pm. Within an hour I had a call from Cody saying he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would, checked out our situation and explained everything clearly. He fixed the kitchen sink without complication, and left no mess behind. We had an additional problem with a shower, he was unable to fix it that night but came back the next day and fixed it.It is rare that I have had as smooth an experience with a repair in our home.I would gladly recommend Cody at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

We wanted a new faucet outside installed. Mr. Rooter was the only company that would come out without a technician fee to give an estimate. Matthew S. stopped by, was very knowledgeable and helped us with the best solution to get what we needed. We installed a couple of weeks later and Matthew again was very helpful. He goes above and beyond to make sure clients are happy. We’ll be calling again to help with our plumbing needs because of all the professional service. Matthew takes pride in his job and it shows.

**UPDATE 1/7/17** I was contacted by the owner of the company who confirmed that I was charged too much for the amount of work done. He apologized for the misunderstanding, and advised me that the recently hired plumber sent to the house made a mistake on the charge. He gave me a refund of $350.00. I have updated my review and have given them three stars because it shows that at least the owner cares enough about his business to rectify a mistake.

**UNREASONABLE PRICING**. I was charged $729 for removing a toilet and unclogging the toilet drain. Work that I found out the next day should of cost at most $450.00

I called AAA City plumbing based on good reviews. I had an emergency plumbing issue with my rental property on New Years day. Over the phone I was quoted at $139 for a plumber to come out and assess the issue. Upon arriving and assessing the issue I was then quoted at $769.00 to remove a toilet and unclog the drain using an electric rooter. Unfortunately, because of the $139 assessment fee I thought I would lose if I didn't take care of the issue right then and there, and because this was my rental property which required more immediate attention I hesitantly agreed to what seemed to an unreasonably high price for the amount of work to be done. The technician was at my rental for approximately 45 minutes at most. Thinking I had been charged to much, I decided to call a few other plumbing companies in the area to check comparisons on the work done and get a price range for this type of work. I was quoted between $200-$450 by three different companies. The most expensive estimate was based on what the plumber told me was worst case scenario. I called AAA City Plumbing to discuss what appeared to be either a mistake in pricing or gauging due to the holiday. They advised me that this was their price and failed to provide me with an itemized bill of the work that was done.

I recently purchased an installed dishwasher from Lowes and they provided the installer. Bliss plumbing sent a man named Tony to my house to install and haul away my old dishwasher. Tony really knew what he was doing and was extremely professional as he went about doing good quality work. He cleaned up and left everything like it was prior to his visit. As a young man in the 1950's, I was a plumber and am qualified to make this statement...........I was never as good as he is.

So thankful for Zoom Drains! We had a clog in one of our drains and they not only showed up same day, but earlier than expected! Very smooth process from beginning to end, we recommend them to everyone we know!

The gentlemen that came was on time and did a great job. Not only did he fix my problem, but gave me a few suggestions to keep it from happening again.
