The way a person treats other people says a lot about them and the company they are employed with. While I see there are many people very pleased with the services of this company, I witnessed an employee from Julian's cuss an employee out at lowes this morning. When I say cuss her out, I do not mean the five year old version of swearing. I mean, he said just about every swear word known to man. And why he did this? Because he was trying to return a USED sump pump...now, I don't know Julian's return policy (joke) but lowes has a return policy clearly stated on the back of the receipt stating that used items will not be refunded. So the actions of this man over something so ignorant and petty was beyond me. The way you represent yourself represents your company and I surely will never call Julian's for any work.

Jason came out on a Saturday evening shortly after another DIY project gone bad. He was professional and had repair done quickly. Cost was a little high, but somewhat expected for a weekend.

First off the issue is not about Mike,the technician that came out as he was very professional and polite. A compliment to his company. My issue was how much they were going to charge me per hour. $477.00 an hour. That's a direct quote. I won't pay $477.00 an hour for any type of service. So if you're reading this and thinking about getting them to come out better find out if your cost is the same per hour. I don't mind paying a normal and reasonable hourly rate for service but that's just way too much!

Reached out to David from Mr. Rooter after seeing a huge water leak hitting the street. He offered expertise and was extremely informative. He offered to send a technician out right away. He followed up and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

I could not recommend Zoom more highly; they were great! Jay was extremely responsive and helpful. Duane, the technician, offered the wisdom that only comes with his twenty years of experience. Not only did they clear my main drain, but they scoped the line, both downstream and upstream of the cleanout, at no additional charge. With this, we were able to diagnose the problem and save me thousands in unnecessary repairs. They also recorded the entire scope on video and emailed me it for my reference. I would call them and recommend them in a heartbeat!

Plumber ( Kevin) installed new sewer line from kitchen and connected to existing in front yard. During installation the soil was not compacted correctly causing is to settle and sink over a foot. This sinking and settling has caused the newly installed drain line to belly and bend in over 6 inches causing failure in the near future. This also has created a negative slope and water sitting in th brand new section of pipe. Kevin promised to come out but it has bee over 10 days without resolution.... Finally after submitting a BBB complaint Kevin came out to inspect. He agreed is like is bowed or has standing water he will fix it. After inspecting the line with a camera it showed water standing in a 10 foot span (breeding mosquitos and drain flies) and vertical cleanout bowing.
( this line is brand new and 3 weeks old and already failing....) Kevin will not stand behind his warranty or agreed uptown terms. Proceeding with legal to recoup cost and damages. Stay away from this business and it's flawed work and customer service.
