Best Service Hvac in Charlotte NC

We have a leak on an outdoor pipe on our Rinnai water system. Through our warranty company, Charlotte Plumbing Masters was sent to our home. At hello, one of their plumbers was asking for the deductible. Within moments, the plumbers were calling for a gas leak(gas exhaust port), and criticizing the work of the Rinnai install. A plumber was soon on the phone with the warranty company griping about the complexity of the fix. The warranty company declined the repair...
The men never actually approached the pipe itself and examined the issue. It seems clear they did not come to do the work. They were on our property long enough to secure their fee, grovel, and then run off. It seems as if they do warranty business contractually, but not in spirit. They took our hard earned $100 and split. It is a legal way to steal.
I spoke with the with the office manager who endorsed their thievery.

Jeremiah came to install a p.r.v at existing water heater . Changed the tandp valve also. And expansion tank. Very nice and professional. Clean his work areas when completed . All a1 guy. Thank u Jeremiah

Over promised on scheduled arrival time. Issue was laundry drain backing up, slow drain. If they don't fix it, you don't pay.

Friday had appointment with Matt for 3PM. By 4PM no show. Followed up with office. Job Matt was on took longer than expected. He lost track of time. Forgot to call. Reed came over at 5PM. Did initial Level I and Level II drain augering. Not successful. Took about an hour. Presented solution to cut out wall and install clean out tee. Making it a Level III service call. Rescheduled for Saturday at 10AM with Reed. He had a couple of quick calls that morning before then. No charge.

Saturday morning, Reed called before 10AM and said he was running late. Matt was going to come over and do job. Matt arrived by 12 noon. We reviewed plan. Matt laid down ground covers from front door to laundry room and access. Did work. Got drain pipe cleaned out and flowing. Also cleaned drain in half bath that had slow draining sink. Cleaned up. Everything working fine. Took about 2-1/2 hours. We selected Bronze plan. 6 months warranty.

Both technicians were cordial, professional, got job done, and made sure cleaned up before left.

Fortunately, we could be flexible with our schedule.

Called for a water heater leak that needed to be replaced. The installer arrived early and came back same day to replace the system that needed to be changed. Installer was very professional and completed the install in a timely manner while explaining everything that was done

Our house had a water leak where the line goes thru the slab foundation, between the meter and the shutoff valve indoors. I found Morris Jenkins using Google Maps Search and based on the sheer number of reviews and high ratings I contacted them for an estimate (which is free). Hiring a trustworthy contractor can be an intimidating task and based on my experiences I did not expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised. This company is not the cheapest, by far, but if you can get past the sticker shock and can afford them you will not be disappointed. A case of “you get what you pay for”. There were probably 10 or more employees involved at various points with this project and it went off like clockwork. Each party, based on their expertise, was called to the job to perform their function like you typically see on larger projects like house building, etc. Very efficient.Here is what they did:1) Buried a 2” PVC pipe with a tracer wire and ran ¾” PEX water line through it between the meter and the house. They were able to go through the original slab penetration, which is what I wanted, but did not expect them to be able to do.2) Added a new box just downstream of the water meter with an isolation valve and pressure reducing valve (removed old PRV inside house).3) Added a new box just before line enters the house so that if it were ever necessary in the future to repair or replace the line it would be much easier and with no digging.4) Added a whole house carbon filter with automatic backwash along with a new outlet in the closet.5) Replaced thermal expansion tank at no extra charge because it was installed improperly by the previous plumber.These guys kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I knew how to operate everything and happily answered dozens of questions. They also tried their best to keep areas as clean as possible and then cleaned the work area very nicely when they were done.Since so many were involved in this project, I know I will forget to mention more than one technician, but here are the ones that I can remember that worked on it:Boots, DJ, Ethan, Mike, Shane, Troy, and Zack. I’m sorry to anyone I have failed to mention.The reviews on Google really helped me to decide what to do and ultimately the review by Worth Sparks 2 months prior to my project is what sold me, so “thank you” Worth.

Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain. If you’re looking for a Good Charlotte plumber, call these guys!

We had an excellent experience with Accent when we recently got a new unit for our upstairs. The work was completed on time and they were able to schedule us within 3 days of us contacting them to replace our existing unit.
