Best Repiping Work in Charlotte NC

Beware!!! If only there were a negative 10 rating that could be given to this company. After a questionable service call, I called and asked the “customer service” rep for a detailed and itemized receipt. The invoice showed a $272 water thermostat for what should have been a $28 wire. I called back at least 7 times to have the charge verified, reconciled, etc...each time there was a promise that Paul or someone else would look into and get back to me. More calls and a month goes by, I sent a complaint into the Better Business Bureau and sent a certified letter as legal proceeding seemed to be in the future. To date, this matter has not been fully reconciled. Avoid this company at all cost.

We were in need if someone to flush and service our tankless water heater and clean /safety check our gas fire logs. I contacted Wyatt Works on Tuesday, Wednesday they called to set up a time for Thursday.
Our technician, Solomon F , arrived exactly on time , listened to our needs , gave us a printed estimate on the cost of the work, and promptly began working. He was very professional, took care to protect the work areas from water and soot. He explained to us what he was doing, why and what if anything that he found unusual.
I can’t totally express how happy and please we were with Solomon. He’s truly a professional craftsman and a joy to talk to.

I walked in the garage to find my water heater had burst and was gushing water, I immediately called CPM and they were out within the hour and I had a new water heater by the end of the night, which was unexpected, I was sure I was going to have to wait, Diyan was very professional and worked into the night (after 10pm), also while it was freezing and starting to rain. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

Loved my experience with ER Plumbing; Jason H was so helpful. He even answered my call on the weekend and walked me through steps to get my water heater working temporarily while waiting for a part. Very, very nice company to work with!

We had some blockage in our main line and was quoted an outrageous amount from another company. Jackie and her team came out and identified the problem and resulted in us saving thousands of dollars. I never write reviews but I will only use Pay Less moving forward.

Can't say enough great things about this company.. they made time to fit me in and found and repaired two internal house leaks in under an hour... another company had been out tore out walls and still the leak wasn't repaired....Ward plumbing has very fair prices too. I would definitely call them again if I needed plumbing services.

I am not a regular reviewer but this company has gotten by with poor experiences and terrible prices for too long. I have gotten quotes from them on many occasions and always chosen an alternative until last summer when they were the only ones available. They just came out for a regular service visit and quoted me $1900 for adding a switch, a drip leg, and fixing a gas leak. While that’s obviously an egregious price, there’s one significant problem, which is that the technicians notes specifically say there are no gas leaks detected! My dad and I purchased less than $50 of supplies to fix the drip leg and install the switch. I will freeze through a winter night or sweat it out in august before I ever pick up the phone to call Morris Jenkins again.

Second time in a few weeks we needed service, Chip was prompt and professional on both occasions.

Had an issue with our bathtub faucet. We attempted to repair it ourselves but found out quickly we needed professional help. Called Chris at Helms plumbing and within a couple of hours Jon and Jimmy came to save the day. So thankful that they were able to come even though it was late when I called. Very polite, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend them!
