Best Repair Project in Charlotte NC

Excellent service! When we moved to Charlotte in 2004 and needed a plumber, someone recommended Benjamin Franklin. We've had great luck with them over the years! I called yesterday and they were able to come out right away to fix things! The service is great, Mike B. was very courteous and efficient, and we are very happy with our experience!

Once again WyattWorks Plumbing and Jamal were excellent. Jamal pulled a work permit and finished the work efficiently, professionally and with his standard high quality of work. Contacted John on a Sunday about a really bad leak coming from our master bathroom into our garage. He came out first thing Monday morning. He came in assessed the leak and within 10 mins found the issue and had everything readily available to do the repair. He even notice that we had no drain cap in our front yard and took care of that as well! Super friendly, down to earth and professional. We didn't have a plumber before today but he's definitely our go to plumber moving forward! Do not hesitate to call him

I had a water spot start in downstairs ceiling. Tony came by the very next day. He cut a small hole in the ceiling to evaluate the situation. Once the problem was identified he repaired the problem quickly, efficiently and at great price. Highly recommend you give Toliny a call. Excellent overall customer service by Ward Plumbing. Was very impressed by the quality work done by Gary’s (great guy) son Jared & his right hand man, William (aka Chalky). Jared & Chalky not only went above & beyond in regards to the superb skills in dealing with a complex water heater issue but also couldn’t have been more personable, polite, and patient in doing the job the right way. You could tell they obviously care greatly about giving the best possible service at the best possible price. Ward Plumbing is the way to go!!!

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

Work was completed professionally and in a timely manner and resolved all of our electrical issues. Only concern is the cost. Roby is very expensive.

Danny looked competent while estimating but he ended up being a lousy plumber. Danny flooded my house. Danny did not care about the quality of his workmanship. Danny refused to correct anything. I finally had to get someone else to fix his work.

Awful service. Tech kept arguing with my husband about the age of our compressor instead of working on the solution politely.

Jeff and his partner (sorry...cant remember his name) came to my house to diagnose a tub drain and were very nice. They fixed the problem quickly and were honest in telling me that I didnt need to do more extensive work which I was considering. They were able to fix the problem with only a service call charge. Thankyou to Sneeds Plumbing and I will look for you guys in the future!

I had a leak in the main water line from the street to my home. After getting three quotes I decided on Service Pro Plumbing. They came out one afternoon and within 24 hours the utilities were located, the line was dug up, and the repair was made. Also even though the line was two and a half feet underground very little damage was done to my yard. I highly recommend Service Pro and will use them in the future for my plumbing needs.
