Best Repair HVAC in Charlotte NC

I have not needed a plumber since moving to the area four years ago. I didn’t know who to call when the pilot light went out on my water heater. Fortunately, my choice in calling Charlotte Plumbing Masters was a blessing. Jordan arrived to my home within the hour of my initial call. It actually felt like I called to make the appointment and Jordan was at my door. He was very knowledgeable, but even more than that, he was very kind. He explained everything he was doing and what actions I may have to take in the future. — I will most certainly use Charlotte Plumbing Masters again should the need arise. — Thank you Jordan! Omar was courteous and professional. He did an excellent job and was patient with his explanations.

The repair person was very professional and was able to fix the problem.

Jody came on time and stayed until the issues were fixed. I am very pleased with the level of professionalism and knowledge that he has showed. This is the 2nd time he has come to my residence and each time has been a pleasant experience.

Our water line busted last night during to the age of the pipes and flooded our basement. Zack came within an hour of me speaking with him and took care of everything! He did a great job and we will definitely call them for any plumbing issues!

Wonderful service and people but the prices aren't even realistic. Charged me $90 for a service call just to quote me $1,700 to snake two drains. Another company did it for $77 and no service call fee. Hard to comprehend the pricing.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

This is my first time using Morris-Jenkin’s, if Robert Green is the standard by which your service tech’s are measured I’ll continue to use them going forward. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and did a great job in a timely manner.

Jack communicated in a timely fashion, updating me via text before he arrived and when he needed to leave and get more parts. He went above and beyond in the repair job: Not only fixing the issue in a timely fashion but even installing a few extra clips to hold a loose line in place unrelated to the job at hand, free of charge. Really appreciated his knowledge, professionalism, and timeliness.

Even through adversity with freezing cold weather that wreaked havoc on their machinery, Ultimate Plumbing stuck with it until the job was complete. I will definitely call on them again whenever I need plumbing work for my business or home.

THE WORST EVER!!!!! Accent scheduled my appointment, then called to cancel by just saying they can't do it anymore; I had to call twice because the scheduling folks (outsourced?) did not reschedule the appointment. I had my warranty rep call them; HE confirmed the appointment. Had my elderly mother waiting for 2 hours; no one showed up. Called and was told that the appointment was for the next day when in reality it was not. The rep tried to tell me that I confirmed it (really? I actually WORK!!!). Best only for someone who sits at the house all day long. Does not deserve even a star. Never dealt with less professional company. Oh, and the rep on the phone hung up on me.

I hired Perfix for various remodeling jobs in my home and I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out! Mazen is a true professional. The results were fantastic, and prices were very reasonable, especially for the quality of the final result. They finished my basement, and the drywall was done very nicely. The full remodel of my bathroom, bedrooms, and living room turned out astoundingly well too. The walls, flooring, counter tops, cabinetry… just everything was gorgeous when it was finished. I am especially fond of the full-service bar with marble counter tops and a lovely back splash they installed in my living room. I can entertain in style now. I'm so proud of that thing that I just have to post a picture, lol. I simply cannot stress enough how big of a job this all was, and that they handled it perfectly. You just can’t go wrong hiring this company, unless you don’t care for friendly and professional service in a timely manner and at a nice price. Seriously, call them, you won't regret it.
