We had a water heater that failed and flooded our garage. I called All Hours Plumbing and Brett was able to quote me over the phone and fit me in the same day. His team was professional and did a wonderful job. When they left, the new water heater and set up looked better than the original one installed by the builder. Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend calling Roto-Rooter for your plumbing needs. It was easy to make an appointment online. I then received an email confirmation. The day of my appointment I received a text alerting me that a technician was available. I then confirmed my appointment via text. The technician arrived within 30 min. as scheduled. My team of technicians (Jeffery & Albert) assessed the problem and explained what was happening and how they proposed to fix it. They then fixed the problem and cleaned up everything! They also gave me tips on pipe maintenance. I was very pleased with the service I received and would definitely call Roto-Rooter again!

Matthew performed the system check on my A/C unit. He also assessed my heating system and gave recommendations of future needs. He was personable and informative. Courteous.

Brett did a great job installing a gas line for a new cooktop conversion in our kitchen. Great service, very professional and reasonable pricing.

We had a plumbing issue in our home and called. They were prompt in their arrival and very courteous once on site. The plumber who arrived presented me with the options, explained each one thoroughly, and let me make the choice of what he fixed that day. Everything went according to plan and our plumbing is back to normal now.

Shady billing practices and showed up late both times that they came out. Make sure that you get them to write everything that they say on the invoice, or you'll end up with an extra hole in the floor and a he said/she said about whether them fixing the hole that they made (and said they'd have a dry wall guy out to fix) was included or not. On top of the hole and essentially overpaying since I agreed to a higher price assuming they'd fix everything, my home warranty company wasn't made aware of some of the charges and is currently investigating.

A breath of fresh air compared to the multiple contractor experiences that I've endured over the past 15 years in south Charlotte. He has very reasonable prices compared to the big chains out there. Most importantly he is very conscientious of your property.

I have worked with this company on hundreds of remodeling projects the past few years. I cannot say enough great things about them. They do pristine work, are honest, dependable, and rarely have warranty issues, as in less than 1 per year. They are consistent and fully worth the cost. Derek, Danielle, and their team are all wonderful!

We have been using Thomas of With The Flow for over five years. Projects have ranged from small jobs (install a toilet, fix a leak) to larger ones where he installed cabinets and granite counter, a shower, and plumbing for a bathroom remodel, and he has installed whole house water filters in four homes for us and relatives. In all projects, Thomas communicates well before, during, and after the job. Thomas' work is of excellent quality, finished in the timeline he committed, and is of great value. Prices are very reasonable. We are very happy with With The Flow.

Charged $65 to come out and wasn’t very helpful. Then, sent a ridiculously high quote. Had no choice but to forfeit the $65 to avoid paying thousands more for simple services. Invoice # was 778

I have a home warranty that uses this plumber. Had an appointment on 12/20 (11-3PM) to which they did not show. We didn’t receive a phone cal or text indicating they wouldn’t show. The next day we get an email from the home warranty company indicating we (not the plumber) cancelled the appointment and the claim would be closed. I suspect they mismanaged their time and to stay in “good standing” with the warranty company, they pointed the finger at us thinking we’d disregard/forget. Leaving this review for others to see and left the same feedback with warranty company.

Was definitely drunk or high when I called. Was a uniquely unprofessional calling experience. Definitely takes the cake for a shining example of what I hope will change in society.
