Best Plumbing Project in Charlotte NC

I had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing come out to our home. Upon arrival a technician, David S. arrived. who was extremely pleasant, friendly and very knowledgeable. He took time to explain the problem and got the job done. If only all techs were like him! Should I ever have issues again I would definitely request David to come back.

WyattWorks came by to do a plumbing estimate for us. Mike was friendly and knowledgeable. We are still gathering quotes so we are not sure if we will use them yet.

Excellent overall customer service by Ward Plumbing. Was very impressed by the quality work done by Gary’s (great guy) son Jared & his right hand man, William (aka Chalky). Jared & Chalky not only went above & beyond in regards to the superb skills in dealing with a complex water heater issue but also couldn’t have been more personable, polite, and patient in doing the job the right way. Hunter Martin replaced and upgraded the insulation on the electrical pipes that run from the exterior of my townhome to the HVAC units. He and his associate, Jeremy made sure these lines had the solid insulation they needed as well as providing a clean appearance which was definitely an upgrade! Even through adversity with freezing cold weather that wreaked havoc on their machinery, Ultimate Plumbing stuck with it until the job was complete. I will definitely call on them again whenever I need plumbing work for my business or home.

I have had Presidential pluming out to my house 3 times now for different reasons. One they came out to detect a leak, two replace all of the toilets in my house, and now to change the garbage disposal and snake 2 sinks and 2 tubs and they are hands down 5 star service!! Joe in particular is very friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and just all around good dude you would want to have a beer with! Lastly all of the times I have called they have been out to service super fast and the communication leading up to and following is impeccable. If you are searching for a plumber look no more. I will not use another plumbing service, EVER!

Was sent to my house by home warranty company because my toilets wouldn't flush. My appointment was between 2pm and 4pm. The plumber arrived at 2pm but didn't actually make it to my front door until 15min later. Came out to my house and tried to snake the toilet but that didn't work. The plumber told me he thought it was a main line blockage and needed to go look for my sewage drain clean out outside. A minute or two later he was back and said he didn't see one. He said he would need to take the toilet off to fix the blockage, but needed approval from the home warranty company. This process took about an hour and ended with him saying he didn't want to take the toilet off because it could flood my house (good thing we went through all that for nothing). He then said he could put in sewage drain clean out for about $1,200. Not feeling very satisfied by the minute or two that he took to find a sewage drain clean out, I started to talk to him about it, he told me I needed to have one put in because it was code. I just bought the house a year ago so if it was code, it would have come up during the home inspection. He kept saying its code, I kept telling him I would have one then and we needed to find it. He was like well it is usually in this area and kicked around a few leaves and...what do you know there it was. Amazing what happens when you actually look for something. Then he started to work on clearing the blockage through the sewage drain clean out. He told me I had roots in the sewer line and I would need to replace the line. I asked him several questions about the roots in the line. He did give me answers to my questions and told me that I could call the city to flush the line that runs to the street, BUT he did not think that was the problem and I would need to replace the sewage line up to the house. He said it would take him about 8 hours, would tear my lawn up and cost around $3,500. After he left I called the city and they came and fixed the blockage for FREE. So my point is, the plumber was a nice guy and answered my questions, but I was told I needed $4,700 of work when I really didn't. I will not work with companies who choose to operate like this. I don't appreciate people who try to screw me over and take my money. If you're into that, call Accent Comfort Services.

we had a sudden emergency with a badly leaking pipe. they showed up promptly, assessed the damage, and were able to give me a reasonable price for the extensive repairs. All of the young men were very knowledgeable and polite. It took them several hours the next day to get the repairs made but they stayed until all was done. I will definitely use this company again if I have any plumbing problems!
