The owner, John Stokes, provides quality workmanship. So many tradesman seem to cut corners to save. It is worth a little more to hire an honorable and knowledgeable company, which are two attributes of Pathmaker Plumbing.

We needed a new septic pump which MKB installed very promptly and perfectly. Then our pipes went hay wire and we were unable to use anything, from the toilets to the kitchen sink. Mike spoke with me all weekend and even had someone here Friday, Saturday, and himself on Sunday. Everyone was kind and professional and made my needs a priority, taking time from their weekends to ensure our problems were fixed and fixed correctly. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Damion and his crew have earned a solid recommendation from me. My water heater had been out for some time… I got a quote from Morris and Jenkins which was sky high along with hesitation to give me pricing info for details ok hardware and labor cost breakdowns.

On a friend’s’ recommendation I put in for a quote from Wonderful World via Google and received a call within an hour. After some negotiation(very responsive via text) I was scheduled for the next day a short 14 hours later. Damion had no trouble answering any questions around brands, pricing, etc. which was important to me. They came in well under the big players.

They showed up on time. Knocked out all requested work in short order, answered a few extra questions for me, cleaned up after themselves, and were generally pleasant and professional. Small companies can definitely be hit or miss, this one is a gem.

Juan Sorto team helped me with my bathroom plumbing leakage issues and they were so efficient, kind, and quick. I am very thankful for their amazing service. I would highly recommend their service to anyone who has a plumbing need.

We have been using Thomas of With The Flow for over five years. Projects have ranged from small jobs (install a toilet, fix a leak) to larger ones where he installed cabinets and granite counter, a shower, and plumbing for a bathroom remodel, and he has installed whole house water filters in four homes for us and relatives. In all projects, Thomas communicates well before, during, and after the job. Thomas' work is of excellent quality, finished in the timeline he committed, and is of great value. We were so grateful to Cole and South End Plumbing--they showed up right when they said they would and did a difficult job (including digging a four foot hole under our sidewalk) to replace a 100 year old drain pipe with a root growing through it! Very good service and good quality work!

Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain. If you’re looking for a Good Charlotte plumber, call these guys!

Jim came up with and executed a solution that used outside the box thinking. He and his team fixed my busted water line issue in a minimally invasive way. I have a home warranty that uses this plumber. Had an appointment on 12/20 (11-3PM) to which they did not show. We didn’t receive a phone cal or text indicating they wouldn’t show. The next day we get an email from the home warranty company indicating we (not the plumber) cancelled the appointment and the claim would be closed. I suspect they mismanaged their time and to stay in “good standing” with the warranty company, they pointed the finger at us thinking we’d disregard/forget. Leaving this review for others to see and left the same feedback with warranty company.
