Our technician John was beyond phenomenal. We had a leak in the wall behind our washer and this being our first homeowner issue John was upbeat, personable, reassuring us this was not our fault, explained every step and even helped reassure us about the homeowners insurance process and made it sound a lot less scary than we were thinking it would be. He was fast efficient and got the part ordered and expedited to get us back up and running asap. My dogs loved him too. Highly recommend. Thanks again John for being so positive throughout this stressful situation it was sincerely appreciated.

Mr Robert was professional in every way in fixing the problems with the water heater as well as being very kind and courteous. IRV customer service was very responsive to all my calls and questions and did everything and more than promised. Hope not to have to see Mr Robert again, but if necessary I hope they send him.

I spoke to Reid at DR Jordan Plumbing today regarding replacing polybutylene pipes in my house. He was amazing to speak to. He was very insightful and gave great advice. Our electrician Brian was extremely professional and did a great job in installing both the new electrical outlet and fan switch. He listened to the concerns I had in particular regarding the fan switch and walked me through the installation. Brian also called to update on arrival time which was nice. Much appreciate the next day service as well. I highly recommend Brian and will use Michael & Sons again should the need arise.

Bought a faucet at Home Depot and paid for installation. Progressive was who they sent. The service person was on time, knowledgeable, personable and professional. In these days this was a breath of fresh air. I liked him so well I asked for his company card in case we needed a plumber again

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

My house is one year old. Warranty expired last week. Thermostat error last night. No heat. Contacted Morris Jenkins and Usman was absolutely fantastic. Punctual, professional, explained everything, worked thoroughly to find the problem and correct it. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome!!

Me and my property manager called separately to ask them to come out to our property to diagnose a compressor issue with one of our heat pumps. We were both quoted different prices over the phone - $95 and $130. Then two months after they came out they sent us a bill for $196. We called multiple times to multiple people. I left voicemails, sent emails to their service manager - Bobby, but was unable to get anyone on the phone to help or even discuss the issue. Poor customer service and much more expensive than others.

I've seen there work, complete BS. I never would ever have these idiots in my house.

Perfix did the remodel on my kitchen and the wife really loves the way it turned out. I had them install new cabinets and an island, new countertops and flooring, new color on the walls, and the backsplash for the stove and sink areas. We’re really happy with the finished product, and I’m really happy that it didn’t break the bank. They’re very courteous and competent. I highly recommend this company.
