Best Hvac Repair Services in Charlotte NC

We have had John Raymond out for two different services: installing a new sump pump, and enlarging our washing machine drain pipe from 2 to 3 to accommodate a HE washing machine. Prices are pretty reasonable, and the service is great. John is on time, friendly and thorough, explains everything, offers options, cleans up, and provides quality service.

Jacob repaired our whole house standby generator. He did excellent work. The generator is now purring like a kitten. I fully recommend him.

John and Lucas did an amazing job. They put in a new main water line outside and got it all done in one day!

Kris was WONDERFUL. Came out on a Sunday to our dryer full of wet clothes. Fixed a bad heating element within 90 minutes. And got the squeaking to stop! (We’ve had that thing serviced 2 other times and he’s the first to make it quiet!)

Great Service! Very Professional! We've had 4-5 companies do warranty work on our HVAC system over the last several years and we have never had the service and professional treatment that we get from Accent. They do a great job, do not try to sell us service or products we don't need and I know the owners are trustworthy and have their customers' best interests in mind. I can't recommend Accent highly enough.
