Charlotte Plumbing Masters came out the same day I called and emailed pictures of the damage. They kept me up to date on their progress and sent an inspector to check their work when finished. They were professional and I would use them again if needed. Thanks for your good work.

Today we had a excellent experience with IRV Plumbing and their master plumber Leon C. He was very professional, gave us a good estimate of what we needed done, and did a great job of installing 3 new toilets and putting in a recirculating pump for hot water heater. He was able to do all the work in one day, meticulous with keeping floors clean by wearing booties and putting tarp down where needed. He was very knowledgeable and very efficient. We would definitely use IRV again.

Great service from Michael & Son company, and the technician named Dante Morgan, April 2022, Charlotte, NC area. In the course of routine annual maintenance on two HVAC systems in my home, Dante discovered a couple minor issues that could have become major issues in future. He fixed. He also spent an additional 1.5 hours to address an air flow issue that optimized the sound of the system - previously was too loud because flow was too high. A successful day for my home and family! Thank you, Dante!

Very nice and honest technician Billy Cole. He performed a seasonal service on our air conditioner and furnace, something we found out the previous owners had never done. He was able to bring the units back up to speed and running properly. He replaced a couple parts. It was a pleasure dealing with him and the company was fairly priced and easy to deal with overall. I recommend going with the service contract, as it’s a much better value when having your units serviced twice a year.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.
