Jason came and did a great job finding a leak in our shower. We had already used 2 other companies that wanted to tear half of my house down to find the leak. Jason came in and really did a thorough job of troubleshooting and found that it was a tiny leak in the corner of the shower that was allowing water to go behind the wall. He put some silicone on the crack and retested to make sure there was no more water coming through. He did an awesome job and didn't have to destroy my house. There is truth to the old saying You get what you pay for. I will definitely use Benjamin Franklin plumbing again.

Who knew our AC unit drains into the same sink lines of an upstairs bathroom ? He did, solved our overflow/back flow issue....I'm a believer in the quality, workmanship and expertise of D.R. I have neurological deficits and was afraid I'd damage the thermostat if I removed the cover to change batteries, and that I'd be unable to reprogram it after power failures if I opted out of batteries. Chris was very patient and professional-- he literally walked me through the reprogramming procedure 4 times and he also changed the batteries for me. *This was a complimentary FREE service call so the company made NO MONEY for this!) I plan on using this company for my future HVAC needs.

They were prompt, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. Both the time and cost required for the job were accurately predicted. We had no problems and plan to use them again.

Nick did an excellent job. We kinda thought we knew what the problem was and worked on an overflowing water leak when we used our washing machine. We needed a professional. Called Morris Jenkins. They sent Nick. He was on time, professional and so very nice and patient. So glad he came. He fixed the problem. We felt very safe having Nick at our home. We will call Morris Jenkins again for any/all plumbing issues. The price was incredibly reasonable. Affordable! Worth every penny. We thought it would cost hundreds. It didn’t. $77. and that was it. As a business owner myself, I am keenly aware of the challenges with scheduling, staffing etc. I also realize the value of communication. PC Godfrey provided zero communication and left me hanging for a service call for 2 days in a row. I had to call both days to request a general timeframe and continued to get call centers or dispatch that would tell me that they would “look into it and give me a call back” yet hours would go by and no call back. At the very least… if your technician is running behind or had to change direction, you could give me some indication of the change.
We have a gas leak at our company office preventing our company from performing tasks required for our daily operation and now 3 days later we must start this process over. I am extremely disappointed and this is the first review I’ve ever taken the time to submit. Again this is coming from someone who is quite understanding when it comes to business operations. I have moved on to look for another company and suggest you do the same.

Comfort Services has a crew of knowledgeable and professional workers. I was so relieved when Kurt arrived with skilled employees and replaced a complete HVAC system. I have had previous experience with a different company whose crew caused so much commotion or damage, I was fearful of HVAC companies. Accent Comfort put my fears to rest; Kurt was so great I asked him to take care of our needs at another location ... Excellent service from beginning to end. We will be using Accent Comfort for all of our HVAC needs in the future.
