Travis Blanton of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing as been more than outstanding in providing exceptional service. I called the company due to an emergency sewer back up at my property recently. From the moment Travis arrived until the work was completed, he showed nothing but reassurance, and walked me through each step of the process. Additionally, Travis took the time out to continually check in on me until the work was completed. After the service was completed he followed up to make sure all issues were left unchecked.

Philip was friendly and professional. Provided a detailed explanation of the work that needed done and set clear expectations of next steps.

Reid came to repair leaky outside faucet he was quick, responsive, very personable, fair pricing, he was mindful of my flower bed and cleaned up promptly behind himself. Will certainly use him again.

I had a service call that ended up being a very minor repair - less than 5 minutes total time. I suspected there would be a service charge, even though none was disclosed when I called them in the first place. But I was still surprised when I was told their standard service charge is $110. That is more than I have paid any other trade for a service charge, and it was especially painful considering how quick the fix was. I contacted Jim Dickerson and asked for some relief, but received no reply other than an invoice for the full amount. I won't be calling them again.

The three bathrooms (2 and 1/2 baths) have numerous minor plumbing concerns. Joe was great at keeping track of problems and promptly fixing them. Mindful and meticulous best described him. We use Charlotte Plumber & Drain Cleaning and have used them in the past with great results.

Jacob was very professional. He provided us with excellent service. He informed us about some routine maintenance items that we weren't aware of but gave great information so that we can make a well informed decision in the futures

This was such a good experience. Brad Randall did a superb job removing an old, huge chandelier and replaced with a new one. All by himself. Anna returned my call and scheduled it right away. We are very pleased!
