Very professional service from both Logan and Jim on separate occasions. The services being performed were always well communicated and the two answered all the questions we had around our heating and cooling systems. They also walked us through our options clearly and thoroughly so we understood exactly what we were signing up for each time. Once it was time for the installations and subsequent checks, Logan and Jim were on time and worked quickly and efficiently. After paying them $300 to repair a hot water heater that is only 6 years old I was still having the same issue shortly after the plumber left. I was then told when I spoke with them that the plumber would be back the next day, a Saturday. When he never showed I called them and they told me he didn't work that day and he could come on Monday and replace the entire unit. I asked about the $300 in parts and labor that I already paid and they said that was paid for the work they did and not relevant to replacing the unit. I refused and decided to look at the unit myself. I discovered that the unit was not getting any air as the intake was covered with dust and dirt. The plumber had said he cleaned this area out and DID NOT. After cleaning it myself I am back up and running but still out the $300 in un-needed repairs that they performed.

Did not go over how to drain it...does not seem like hose will go on because of the way water heater was placed.....I really wanted my old water heater removed....but he seem liked he really did not want to do it ....so it was drained..and left in attic...so eventually...I will have to find a way to get it out myself.....

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

Andrew was absolutely wonderful! He was on time, so professional and he took his time explaining things to me. Even though he made fun of me for putting chicken bones in the disposal (haha) he’s still a great guy! Lol Would welcome his services again!

Roby HVAC was great to work with! They answered when I called and got me scheduled quickly. The tech that showed up called ahead to let me know he was coming and was very knowledgeable once on site. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!

We initially called another contractor for our leaking hot water heater and was told they couldn't come out to install a new one for at least a week. We got in touch with Accent and received a new water heater and installation within a few hours! They even showed up earlier than I thought. The guys were great! Veey nice and professional. Will absolutely call them again.
