John and Tim were absolutely amazing!! They were incredibly fast and friendly! They made repairing our leak the easiest part of our whole experience!! Thank you so much for everything!!! I will definitely be using them for ANY and ALL plumbing needs I have in the future!!

Excellent service. The customer service agent or receptionist kept me abreast of any delays. The electrician explained everything and answered my questions thoroughly. I asked quit a few questions because a lot of comapnies just do enough to get by, but this company ensured that I understood. I am a single mother and home owner so I have experienced bad services that try to insult my intelligence and get over as if I were desperate and they arw the only option. I signed up for IRV's monthly service being that my house is almost ten years old and needed their hvac service the next day as well. The electrician was professional, more like a handyman that was part of the family, honest, helpful, and excellent service. My air conditioner would not come on (why I needed the HVAC service) he and I were both sweating, and he did not complain not one time or rush through the job although the heat was excrutiating. Thanks IRV.

Jody was very nice and helpful. The toilet installed a few weeks ago didn’t fit right. Previous technician said it was ok. Jody worked to find a toilet that will hopefully fit correctly.Update:Jody came back with a new toilet that fits in the space and it looks great! He’s very conscientious about his work.

Needed a water filter installed and found the right company to take care of it. Crew arrived on time, communicated the entire time of the process and installed without incident. Great job and clean water!

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

Sidney with Morris-Jenkins showed up on-time and promptly handled our clogged drains. He not only showed me what he was doing to help, but also showed me how I can do some of the maintenance myself. Great service tech, great service.

Michael worked on my projects electrical meter , I called and within a couple hours he was out and working on the project. There was not much information at hand to give prior but still he was prepared and had the job done within the estimated time. Thank you I will definitely be using the same electricians again.
