Technician repaired my partial power outage in upstairs bedroom and outside receptacles. Will definitely recommend this technician and this company for any future repairs. He went above and beyond.

My tech called prior to arriving, arrived when expected, wore a mask and booties upon entering my house. He performed a thorough inspection and cleaning of my furnace system, advised me of his findings, and made a couple recommendations. I got the sense that he takes pride in his job and likes to do it well. I've used Michael & Son for a few years now and will continue to call them for my HVAC maintenance.

Rivers arrived promptly and evaluated the leak in our master bathroom lavatory. After discussing the issue with him, we decided to order two new Delta faucets so they would match. We have an appointment for him to return and install both faucets. Rivers have us an estimate for the labor and was very helpful in recommending replacements. He was courteous, respectful and highly professional. We continue to be pleased with Progressive for our plumbing, electrical and HVAC maintenance and repairs.

John Orlando was a professional and informative plumber. He is a young guy who knows his stuff and works both quickly and efficient. They came same day I called, returned promptly to do the job the next day. If your worried about gas leaks and new water heaters. They do it right! Ask for John Orlando, even though he is a Yankee! Lol

I bought 2 A/C units and had my heating system replaced as well. Accent was helpful at first, but that quickly declined during the two month saga of installing my heating and cooling system. They required 8 trips to my house which made me use 7 days vacation.

Day 1. Installed some of the system, but couldn't finish because they brought the wrong units.
Day 2. Finished 75% of the work. A/C units working. Roofer not available to install heating
Day 3. A/C unit no longer working, technician sent to find root cause.
Day 4. Fix problem with A/C. Again roofer cancels
Day 5. System Completed.
Day 6. Inspector scheduled for visit - NO SHOW
Day 7. Inspector shows up, states the gas was never turned on.
Trip 8 (after work). Technician turns gas on and tests the systems. System Complete...for now.

I would recommend holding the payments until the system is fully inspected and functioning properly. Also make sure you have a plethora of vacation days since they only come during weekdays. If you factor in the 7 days i needed to stay home (@30/hour) that is an additional $1680 spent.

Quality work at a reasonable price. Easy to work with. Highly recommend and will definitely hire again.
