Best Drains Leaky in Charlotte NC

Mike was the best he helped us to get a new water heater and explained everything thoroughly to me along the way. He made a rough day learning we even needed a new water heater into an awesome experience so thank you Mike!

Kenny, one of the service reps, came out multiple times trying to troubleshoot what was wrong with our Grinder Pump. After several attempts and calls with his boss and the product manufacture, he was able to determine it was a faulty float. I appreciated his time and efforts to figure out and resolve the issue.

GREAT SERVICE! I called around and got the run-around by some companies...but Charlotte Plumbing gave me a great quote. They came the next day and fixed my problem with no extra charges. Will use again.

Be prepared to Pay More! $225 per visit no matter what service is provided. The plumber Charles was wonderful and here for less than 30 minute to change a hose on the washer. I was shocked at the $250 charge! Way more expensive than other services. I will not use them again!

Sam and Calvin came out and installed a new sewer line and they were nothing less of perfect, communication was spot on and I have no complaints 11/10

Couldn’t be happier!! Michael and John were the fourth plumbers we had out to our house. No one could fix the problem we were having which took some thought and problem solving as it was an unusual issue. They took the time and we are so happy to finally have hot water in our master bathroom again. This is our new go-to plumbing company, we will be using them for our master bathroom renovation as well.

Techs were courteous, knowledgeable and fast. We had a couple questions about some additional plumbing items we may want to have done. They gave us a couple options to accomplish our goals with full explanations and a quick estimate. Will definitely keep their number handy!
