Had to reach out to John and his company for a second time since relocating to Charlotte. Was impressed with John and Caleb that they actually remembered me from almost a year ago. Caleb came today, called to let me know he was running late. As usual, he explained everything to me and that is always appreciated. I highly recommend Pathmaker Plumbing and his guys. Two weeks ago I learned about MKB Plumbing, Chuck Austin came to do a job for one of my clients, and then two other clients needed repairs on their inspection list. Couldn’t recommend Rick enough! Communicating with him was a breeze, plus he’s timely responding. He’s as cheerful as he is professional. He charged us even less than he quoted us, which was already extremely reasonable, because he finished more quickly than he expected to. Talk about honesty. Finally, he insightfully and confidently diagnosed several problems another plumber completely missed and/or misrepresented, offered a set of possible solutions, helped us pick one that would last, and executed cleanly. We are relieved we found and went with him before we locked in with the other folks. We’ll certainly call him again for future plumbing needs.

We have been using Thomas of With The Flow for over five years. Projects have ranged from small jobs (install a toilet, fix a leak) to larger ones where he installed cabinets and granite counter, a shower, and plumbing for a bathroom remodel, and he has installed whole house water filters in four homes for us and relatives. In all projects, Thomas communicates well before, during, and after the job. Thomas' work is of excellent quality, finished in the timeline he committed, and is of great value. Prices are very reasonable. We are very happy with With The Flow.

My Experience with South End could not have been more perfect! Renee and Julie were friendly, professional and well-informed when I called to request my free estimate. Got an appointment the very next day, received a call 30 minutes prior to arrival from Vince, who explained the problem which was causing a leaky kitchen faucet. I was given a reasonable estimate for replacement of parts and labor. He completed the job that same day, and was so friendly and knowledgeable. I will happily recommend South End to all who desire reliable, fair-priced services, delivered by professional and pleasant staff.

This man is not honest, he ripped me off for $500 for my water heat, never fixed anything. I had to replace the whole water heater due to smell of gas.
