Horrible service! Plummer put our sink handle on the wrong way! We called and he said he would come and fix it on friday. He never came or showed up! When i called the company, they told us we had to pay 196 dollars for them to correct something they did wrong! We already paid 250 dollars for a 30 minute job. They customer service skill are very unprofessional. We complained to Lowes about they contract with them. I advise to stay away if they can not do they job correctly. The picture of the sink was on the box! And still our handle is facing the wrong side

I recently had several frustrating plumbing issues at my house but with the help and expertise of Mike with E.R. Plumbing Services, the issues were taken care of quickly. I was extremely impressed with how Mike cared so much about making sure that all of the issues were resolved and that I was completely satisfied. He was very helpful in educating me about what the issues were and how to avoid them in the future. The cost of the work was definitely reasonable and it was nice to work with someone whose goal wasn't to get the most money out of me. Mike made a terrible situation a painless and easy process. I can't imagine calling anyone other than Mike the next time I have plumbing issues!

I had a leaky pipe and was contacting several plumbers to get estimates and timing. When I spoke with Brian, I told him I had another company coming out later that day so I didn't want to waste his time but wanted to get an idea of what the costs would be. He quoted the costs over the phone but also offered to stop by after the job he was on to take a look at it even though he knew I had a company coming to find the leak for free. When I met him, I was impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness. The other company called to say they were on their way so Brian left. As soon as the other company showed up, I knew their advertisement had been a scam so I sent them away and called Brian to see if he was still available. He was and came back and did the job. I was impressed with how well he protected my property while doing his job. When done, there were no cost surprises. Everything was done as originally quoted and he cleaned everything up after his work. I was pleased with his service.

I highly recommend MKB Plumbing & Septic. Mike and his crew did a great job removing and installing a new septic system . Professional, fair pricing, when the work was done they left the yard clean and smooth. I thought it was nice that they seeded the areaand put down straw . We will definitely call them if we need any more work done

I had an 80 gal residential water heater spring a leak on a Saturday morning. I received a few different quotes, but no option for weekend repair. I contacted E & E Monday morning and they were able to find a unit and repair the same day. Workers had great dispositions and work quality. They took the extra steps to install things properly and were also willing to correct a couple of other faucet issues while here. Highly recommended!!

Chad was detailed in the work and repairs performed and even took the time to explain to us potential issues or signs to look for in the future.
