Guitar (the head technician) and Charlotte Plumbing exceeded our expectations. We had a pretty urgent leak coming from a bad disposal on Sunday, and he was here first thing Monday. We've used them several times, and Guitar has been a fantastic serviceman each time he's here. Their prices are affordable, he's always friendly, professional, informative, helpful and clear when it comes to our options. We need a new faucet installed so we'll be calling again. I highly recommend Charlotte Plumbing for everything plumbing related, from emergencies to cosmetic upgrades.

Mike has many years experience in the plumbing business from new construction to aged homes. He knows how the plumbing operates which helps him quickly understand where the root of the problem is. Have has an on going problem in master bath, toilet bubbling. Finally had to call a 24/7 plumber on a holiday weekend. Angelo was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Gave me options, some of which I have already had done in the past and seemed to be a temporary fix. He was informative and left all decisions to me with a no pressure feeling. Once he found the problem I decided to ahead and have him blow out the pipes if you will, lol. A little bit more than I wanted to pay but figured it’s worth a try since I’m tired of dealing with it. I would definitely use zoom drain again! After all, they say you get what you pay for! Fingers crossed the problem is solved. Feel confident so far.

Ive been using Burl to address various needs of my properties for a while now. He's honest, skilled and fair. The fellas working for him do good work. My experience with skilled folks is if they're honest and good at what they do you've found someone you should go back to. Burl is that fella for my plumbing issues.

We called to report that we had no water. they were here within the day determined that the well which was under the house would be too costly to repair, and time consuming Within 2 days, they had the gas lines marked and we had water..
I was impressed not only by the professionalism and courtesy of the team, but also by their ability to work around 2 very helpful 2 year old Australian shepherds

As an addendum This morning I called at 8 to report that our hot water heater was not working.. Within 15 minutes, Harry was here. He confirmed that the problem was the breaker. Again, I am impressed with the consistent professionalism of the company from the moment I speak with the office to the departure of the plumbing team. I highly recommend the company.

Great customer service and friendly group of guys. They come out when you NEED them. And they don't cost an arm and a leg. I wish I would have called them first instead of local handymen who make excuses and waste your time.

John and Lucas did an amazing job. They put in a new main water line outside and got it all done in one day!

I am ashamed to admit that I am usually not good at writing good reviews as I typically only share my negative experiences. As someone who relies heavily on other's reviews, I should take more time and write reviews on the good experiences I receive.

I am therefore happy to start with my review of Service Pro Plumbing. While I had a very bad experience with American Home Shield and the plumber that they used, I can say that I am so lucky to have found Service Pro Plumbing. Not only where they responsive and immediately booked me an appointment, their technician came on time, provided advance notice, and was extremely professional. He quickly diagnosed my issue and solved the problem quickly, effectively, and did not try to sell me more than what I needed.

The price they charged was fair and I am happy in the resolution of my issue. If you are looking for a plumber for any work on your house, you would do well to choose Service Pro Plumbing.
