Best Business Plumbing in Charlotte NC

The plumber himself was friendly, knowledgeable and did great work. BUT there was were multiple delays and the work was not performed at the promised time, remember the company bill themselves as the punctual plumbers and he definitely was not punctual. This would normally not be too big of a deal, but the company's motto is if there's any delay, it's you we pay and they do not intend to honor this motto, they attempted to negotiate out of honoring their motto and even billed a full un-discounted amount for the service. Again their motto is not a promise of full price if there's a delay nor discount if there's a delay it implicitly states its YOU WE PAY so I unfortunately can't give any more stars than this considering that they tried to worm out of honoring their motto, which was a contributing factor in us hiring them in the first place.

We have the tallest toilet you can buy. It was spinning and rocking as the original installers used all plastic pieces and nylon bolts and nuts. Eric came out and solved it all with all metal flanges and bolts & nuts. We feel safe again. Highly recommend them!

Friendly and prompt same day service. Expensive for the work performed . Leak in my first floor ceiling . They went into the attic and found the leak was from around a vent pipe in the roof. They told me to contact a roofer for repair and charged me $625 for the hour to identify the leak.
