Scheduled a plumber to unclog existing toilets in a leased space. Plumber arrives at 9 AM, reviews the situation, and offers to replace two toilets for $1,860.77. We refused the offer because we do not own the property. We gave Queen City Plumbing two stars because the plumber failed to do the one job requested, which was to unclog the toilets, but he did arrive between 8 and 10 AM as scheduled.

Had a weekend plumbing emergency at our restaurant. After many calls we finally reached AAA. Bo Vaughn came out and was awesome. The problem was fixed timely and efficiently. We have finally found a reasonable plumber with great customer service!!!!!

He made sure that I knew what the issue was and he resolved it. He went above and beyond on a Friday night and I appreciated his kindness and respect of my property. He took his shoes off and really wanted to help me. If you are looking for a plumber to help you with issues, call them! Another company helped me with the same issue in the past and never let me know what the issue was - just that they fixed it. Steve, with Roto-Rooter came out and work on my mother's water heater. The water heater was about 15 years old and it was time to either change the element or change the water heater. Steve work on the trying to change the element but the element bolt was rusted and Steve could not break the bolt to change out the element. Long story short a new water heater was installed by Steve. Steve did a excellent job and he was a professional the whole time because Steve had to rework the copper water pipes and it was just a lot to me. I want to thank Steve and Roto-Rooter professionalism, patience and outstanding work and restoring hot water at my mother home.

Zack was on time and very professional. He quickly identified the issue with the HVAC system and got it running again. He also remedied some ductwork problems that he noticed and left everything better than he found it. I'm very pleased with the service and would recommend Morris-Jenkins for any HVAC needs.
