Best Air Conditioning Repairs in Charlotte NC

David and Alex did a great job replacing two toilets and installing a water pressure control valve. They were here pretty much all day due to additional repairs that had to be made to do the installation properly. They were friendly and non-intrusive. We are completely satisfied with the job they did and will call on Ben Franklin for any future plumbing needs.

Working with DR Jordan was a great experience. We have a sewer main problem on a Saturday. Needless to say - YUCK! I reached out and the owner answered the phone in 3 rings and talked me through what was going on. He said he would be in touch in 30 minutes if he could squeeze us in. He came to our house - quickly diagnosed the problem - cleared the line - scoped the line and found where the issue was with a backfallen line meeting the city sewer. He used a locator to mark the issue and helped my husband and me get everything back in order. Plumbing issues are never fun but he kept our spirits up and educated us as well! We will definitely use DR Jordan again (hopefully with no plumbing emergencies!)

Our technician Jon was incredible! As first-time home buyers, we are always learning something new. Jon was there to clearly explain every aspect of his work and the impact on our AC unit. Not only did he quickly identify the issue, he was able to make his repair within a fraction of the time other companies estimated. On a hot day, efficiency matters!We went into the appointment unsure about signing up for the Priority Advantage Membership. I was unfortunately in need of their services twice in one week. One hot water heater issue then the next day I had an air conditioning problem. I don’t understand how anyone could possible use anyone else. They had same day appointments both times I called. The techs were both super nice, courteous, and professional. They would answer any questions along the way and one guy even gave me some tips to help make my hot water heater last longer and showed me how to do it. Both techs were super quick in diagnosing, explaining the problem, best course of action for repair, and fixed it same day. I guess I was a little lucky with parts being available, and my luck normally sucks with that kind of thing. Neither one tried to sell me anything I didn’t need, or tell me I should replace everything, etc, that I have had on the past. I might sound like a commercial, but if you have a plumbing, electrical, or hvac need, there is one place to call.
