Very good experience. We went ahead and had the hot water heater replaced so we wouldn't have to wait on the warranty repair (that process should be a little easier for consumers).

4 months after new Pressure Regulator was installed, I needed to shut off house water supply. Found handle inoperable and tiny leak in the upside down brass union. Different man, Jason, was sent out and corrected all issues. Very pleased with main office, whole corrective process and outcome!!

Poor customer service. Asked for clarification of a part they installed in my rental home, but no response after 2 weeks. They did respond, and fix the heat in my unit fast though, tenants were happy.

Zion Johnson, Plumbing Specialist, came out to my home to service a plumbing issue with an upstairs bathroom. He was on-time, great personality and quick to diagnose the root cause. In learning the background of why we made the service call and seeing the aftermath of someone using our toilet during a real estate showing (we're selling our home), he connected with his leadership and they decided to waive the service call fee. We were ready to pay for the service call, but they waived it. This is a legit review. Definitely recommend Morris & Jenkins and will be calling them in the future to establish maintenance contracts once we land in our new home :-).

I worked with Michael Scism from Roby Services and he was an absolute professional. I was interested in a home safety inspection, looking at a rusted out circuit panel and needed information on a generator. Michael was honest, knowledgeable and respectful of my time. While I did not move forward with all of the recommended items, I am confident that I need to make electrical improvements and I intend to use Roby services again.

This was the most honest encounter I have had with an HVAC service company in my twenty three years in Charlotte. The repair that I needed was priced fairly and the tech put in the right amount of time checking out my three units.
