Whew! Dustin came out on a Sunday evening at 5pm and stayed until 9pm. He responded to my call immediately! He was thorough in tracking down the problem, and did several checks afterwards to make sure the problem was fixed. I cannot say enough about this honest, reliable guy and I highly recommend him! Bobby was great, communicated well prior to arrival, diagnosed quickly and charge was MORE than reasonable! I would use these guys again and would recommend to my family and friends!

Their service is good. Only problem is price quoted and actual price ,sometimes does not add up. So a 4 star!

I couldn’t have been more happy with our experience…we had a blocked pipe and caused water to flow back into the home the night before Thanksgiving…they came out first thing Thanksgiving day and addressed the issue. Price was more than fair considering the timing. Very professional, personable, and discussed the next steps we will need to take to permanently resolve the issue. Will certainly call when that time comes to address and any future plumbing needs. Thank you.

We called John at Payless Plumbers Matthews for an emergency repair & had a good experience. I broke a garden hose faucet clean off the side of our house, leaving a broken pipe in the wall, late in the evening. John answered my call close to 8 PM, established that we'd turned off the main water, and offered to come first thing in the morning. He and his coworker were timely, polite, and quickly repaired the problem. They mounted a new faucet far more securely than the old one. I was extra pleased with how tidy their repair looked. John made sure the faucet was perfectly straight, the sealant was super tidy and almost invisible, and the siding was repaired as neatly as possible, even though it was just a garden spigot behind a bush. I found it quite professional. And the price was fine. I would hire again.
