Excellent overall customer service by Ward Plumbing. Was very impressed by the quality work done by Gary’s (great guy) son Jared & his right hand man, William (aka Chalky). Jared & Chalky not only went above & beyond in regards to the superb skills in dealing with a complex water heater issue but also couldn’t have been more personable, polite, and patient in doing the job the right way. You could tell they obviously care greatly about giving the best possible service at the best possible price. Ward Plumbing is the way to go!!!

A couple months ago when our AC stopped working properly we had a service tech come out to take a look. Jordan showed up quickly and knew right away what the problem was. Even though the system took a bit to thaw out, Jordan assured us that he would do everything he could to get us back up and running as soon as possible. I had an issue with my a/c unit and i was sweating and needed help quickly. Ernie , one of the technicians was out to my house with in 10 minutes right before 5 o clock. He was very professional and courteous to our schedule. I will keep their number on my speed dial if I ever have another issue again. !GREAT COMPANY!

Presidential Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend and I am extremely happy with the service. I called and made an appointment and was told Danny would be here the next day between 9-10am he was here promptly right after 9. He’s actually the owner of the company and he is very professional and does an excellent job of walking you through the process of your repair. He diagnosed my problem and quoted me an estimate and was able to complete the work the same day. Everything was done in a timely manner, he cleaned up 100% behind himself, and the final price was exactly that of the quoted estimate. He’s was extremely pleasant and personable through the experience and really takes a lot of pride in his work. I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs you may have. I will definitely use presidential plumbing again anytime I need work done in the future.

They were on time. Both Brian and Alex were wonderful with a great attitude. They thoroughly explained everything to me in a language that I could understand. I had three other companies look at my issues and i couldn't understand a anything they were saying.
Fatman estimate was by far the least expensive, the other companies were way higher doing less work.
I will be recommending FATman to everyone that will ask me for a plumbing company
