Following a referral by our son-in-law, we had Carolina Plumbing Pros do our plumbing work on a shower remodel. Our experience with customer service on the day of the work was not positive. However, the following day Stepan came out personally to discuss the situation. I have never had a similar experience. It was rare and welcome to have a contractor accept responsibility and express such a desire to see his customer satisfied. I'm sure if I had known to contact Stepan when my concerns were not initially resolved, this would have been a positive experience from the beginning. I can recommend this company knowing it is run by a man with such integrity and professionalism.

We had a leak in our irrigation system--water was pouring out of valve in our front yard. To make things worse, we could not get our water turned off, and our yard and neighbor's driveway were quickly being flooded. I called around to several emergency plumbing services, but nobody could come out for several hours. Finally, I found Payless Plumber. They had a technician at our house in a matter of minutes. He not only turned the water off but also fixed the problem with our irrigation system, which other plumbers we talked with had not been able to do. And all for a very reasonable price. We will absolutely use Payless Plumbers for any future issues and plan to recommend them highly to our friends.

We had a water filtration system put in our home. Last summer my hair turned green from all the chlorine in the water (I don’t have a pool). The crew came out and met with my husband who is in service and sales for a living. He was impressed with how professional the guys were and how they explained the whole system works and how to care for it. Our water tastes amazing, my hair is no longer green, they were on time , professional, and I would highly recommend Presidential Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. They will be back at our house soon to install a gas line as well. It’s not easy to find reliable service guys lately so glad we found Presidential Plumbing.

Jeremy came within an hour of my calling. Incredibly responsive service! He was super nice, very friendly and very knowledgeable. We had had low water pressure in our house for years. We had another plumber come years ago but they didn’t help the situation. Jeremy came and fixed out problem by upping the water pressure on the PRV valve. He made sure I was satisfied, which I AM, and made sure I had his number if I have any questions or problems. I found out they are located close to our home in Waxhaw. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs. I highly recommend!
