The ONLY PLUMBER I would let install a new water heater. Not only did Jake have wisdom beyond any imagination, but he found me an amazing water heater before the horrible weather here in KY, and installed it in under 6 hours. Thankful for an honest, family company that I can rely on!

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

Pat from Morris Jenkins was such a pleasure to work with!! I called Morris Jenkins to receive a second opinion on an issue I was having with my AC and heating systems. Pat was able to accommodate me and come over about an hour after I called to make the request. He took so much time to explain everything to me so I knew what was going on every step of the way. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Most of the time when I have people over to fix something in the house they do not make any effort to explain anything and just give me the final price but Pat genuinely cared that I understood everything that was going on. He also took the time to explain and point out other appliances in the house that needed to be replaced for safety concerns such as my smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector. Pat was also very sweet with my dogs and cats which is a huge plus!! I definitely will be making follow up appointments in the future and requesting Pat. Thank you for all of your help!

My husband and I were tired of running out of hot water when we showered and I had to wait 4 minutes for my kitchen water to warm up. We called John and he explained that our 50 gallon water heater was not adequate for our large home. He carefully explained everything about the tank less water system and we had him install it in our home. Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain. If you’re looking for a Good Charlotte plumber, call these guys!
