this guy is a giant jerk, he has no respect for others property to make his sale. absolutely disgusting man. I'd get someone who was worth the money your gonna pay to fix something instead of a guy who breaks others things.

He was great & immediately called the restoration! Patient! Got in touch with correct people to get our broken hot water heater replaced & installed correctly!

Excellent work today by the Breault team of Ray and Brian at my south Charlotte home. When my 20+ yr-old master bath commode would not stop trickling, they quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained what was needed, installed the necessary new internal parts, and cleaned up without a hitch. All at a realistic price. Many thanks to Tim Breault Plumbing for a job well done. I plan to use them again when/if the need arises.

We called to report that we had no water. they were here within the day determined that the well which was under the house would be too costly to repair, and time consuming Within 2 days, they had the gas lines marked and we had water..

As an addendum This morning I called at 8 to report that our hot water heater was not working.. Within 15 minutes, Harry was here. He confirmed that the problem was the breaker. Again, I am impressed with the consistent professionalism of the company from the moment I speak with the office to the departure of the plumbing team. I highly recommend the company.

Tony installed a new water heater in our home. Our tank is housed in an outdoor cabinet, so he toiled in the wet. The tarp I offered him was turned down. Superb quality of work. Tony at is fantastic, and I highly recommend them.

Mr. Ward and his team came out to install a new hot water heater, water softener, and a couple of outdoor spigots for us. Would highly recommend using them if you are looking to have quality work done. The owner and his guys were very respectful, professional and most importantly knowledgeable. I really liked the fact that they seem to stand behind their work. Their prices were comparable with the prices of other companies we received.

In my experience with my business and home these guys are always timely, polite and honest. They also do great work. I would recommend them for any job.

The pros: they came and did the job when everyone else was busy. The service was great.The cons: they lied about the price on the phone. They sold me a capacitor three times its value and charged for very expensive labor on top.

Mr. Jerry Withrow's job was based on a pre-existing condition whereby the water heaters in the closet downstairs had been leaking for some time causing damage to the hardwood floor. The original heaters had not been installed correctly due to the fact no pans or drains were installed. The problem wasn't even noticed until the floor outside this space showed damage from the leaking units. We replaced the heaters to code and are/were not responsible for pre-existing conditions, therefore no insurance issues were relevent. We're sorry he has misunderstood the original nature of the problem and our resolution. CFP maintains a AAA rating with the BBB and has for over 20 years.

Terrible customer service. Called to ask if they had a regulator for my gas water heater. I called a 5:30 and was hung up on after my first question. Called back and they told me that I'm not a regular customer and to call back at 8:30 in the morning. I then asked can my water heater be fixed tomorrow and he said I don't know what kind you have, where you live etc. Which I have been trying to explain to them. Guess it doesn't matter that I don't have hot water until this is fixed. Never again will I ask for their business with such lazy people working there.
