We were adding on a new sunroom and were faced with either keeping our existing A/C unit and purchasing a mini-split (for the addition space) or buying a new 4 ton system which would accommodate both. If you feel like blindly paying whatever this plumber wants to charge, then this is your guy. If you're looking for someone who has experiance and can give a range of possible costs, this is not your guy.
