Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain. Had a leak in my yard... somewhere. These guys found it in no time, fixed it right up, showed me where it was, helped me determine what may have caused it, and have me advice on how to prevent future leaks.

They took me out to the water meter and showed me that there was no movement, proving that the leak was indeed repaired.

They were fast, professional, friendly, and went above and beyond.

Was sent to my house by home warranty company because my toilets wouldn't flush. My appointment was between 2pm and 4pm. The plumber arrived at 2pm but didn't actually make it to my front door until 15min later. Came out to my house and tried to snake the toilet but that didn't work. The plumber told me he thought it was a main line blockage and needed to go look for my sewage drain clean out outside. A minute or two later he was back and said he didn't see one. He said he would need to take the toilet off to fix the blockage, but needed approval from the home warranty company. This process took about an hour and ended with him saying he didn't want to take the toilet off because it could flood my house (good thing we went through all that for nothing). He then said he could put in sewage drain clean out for about $1,200. Not feeling very satisfied by the minute or two that he took to find a sewage drain clean out, I started to talk to him about it, he told me I needed to have one put in because it was code. I just bought the house a year ago so if it was code, it would have come up during the home inspection. He kept saying its code, I kept telling him I would have one then and we needed to find it. He was like well it is usually in this area and kicked around a few leaves and...what do you know there it was. Amazing what happens when you actually look for something. Then he started to work on clearing the blockage through the sewage drain clean out. He told me I had roots in the sewer line and I would need to replace the line. I asked him several questions about the roots in the line. He did give me answers to my questions and told me that I could call the city to flush the line that runs to the street, BUT he did not think that was the problem and I would need to replace the sewage line up to the house. He said it would take him about 8 hours, would tear my lawn up and cost around $3,500. After he left I called the city and they came and fixed the blockage for FREE. So my point is, the plumber was a nice guy and answered my questions, but I was told I needed $4,700 of work when I really didn't. I will not work with companies who choose to operate like this. I don't appreciate people who try to screw me over and take my money. If you're into that, call Accent Comfort Services.

We had Riverview Plumbing out for a water leak in our ceiling. They were out within hours, courteous and helped us right away!

It's hard to find quality contractors these days and Riverview exceeded all of our expectations!!

Do yourself a favor, call Pork Chop. Used him repeatedly and referred him to at least three other neighbors.

They were professional and responsive to my “urgent” need to stop a leak under my kitchen sink. Even before stepping into my home, Tyler kept me apprised of his ETA. Tyler diagnosed the problem, walked and talked me through what was causing the issues, and fixed the leak source. Tyler was aces! I will use this company for my future home and handy man needs.

I had 2 plumbers come out before Chip and they couldn’t find the source of the smell. Chip was able to find it and fix it!

I kept smelling a musty smell under the kitchen sink, could not see wetness, when my husband went under the house there was a bad leak in that area. We have not Needed a plumber for many years, so we searched for good reviews. We called about 5 different companies and left messages and said we would go with the first company if they were reasonable. We called on a Saturday morning and Service Pro called back within an hour. We told them it was not an emergency and wanted to set up something for Monday. It is Monday now 10:30 am. John and Brian from Service Pro have already came, fixed repair and gone. They were professional and did a great job. We will continue to use this service. I also still have not heard back from any of the 4 companies. I also wanted to add, the gentleman saw my husband's military items that they knew he was in the military and asked about that, we also received a 10% discount. John and Brian were great!

Josh and David were extremely knowledgable and efficient. Problem solved quickly and for a fair cost. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing repairs.
