I called Phoenix Plumbing & Restoration out for a clog in my kitchen sink. We had some grease build up. The took care of my clog quickly. Their prices are fair as well. I will be using them for any further Plumbing issues.

Roby always comes through for me. Working on my generator and other

Charged $65 to come out and wasn’t very helpful. Then, sent a ridiculously high quote. Had no choice but to forfeit the $65 to avoid paying thousands more for simple services. Invoice # was 778

Highly recommended! Checked on a possible drain/pipe issue which turned out to be a poor design of the sink - simple education to us for no charge. Fixed a leaking toilet and corrected the original install so won’t happen again. Very courteous and happy to have them available for when something bad happens.

We called Dmitry to install a kitchen faucet. He did an excellent job. Dmitry is a very knowledgeable and professional. Being a 1st time homeowner, I had a lot of questions. He was very patient and insightful when fielding my inquiries.

On another occasion, my garbage disposal stop working. I asked him to come take a look. It was a simple fix and he happily completed the job as a courtesy.

We will be sure to contract him for future projects and I would recommend him to anyone.

I was very impressed with American Lead Detection. I went to their website and entered the requested information and had a call first thing the next morning. David and Jon assessed the situation, found the leak, quickly repaired it, checked to ensure there were no other leaks, and filled the hole quickly and completely. I was talking with Jon while he did the repair and saw how they fixed it - used brass couplings to put the pipes together with proper clamps to ensure they will not move as the ground settles over time. I would highly recommend American Leak Detection of Charlotte.

Me and my property manager called separately to ask them to come out to our property to diagnose a compressor issue with one of our heat pumps. We were both quoted different prices over the phone - $95 and $130. Then two months after they came out they sent us a bill for $196. We called multiple times to multiple people. I left voicemails, sent emails to their service manager - Bobby, but was unable to get anyone on the phone to help or even discuss the issue. Poor customer service and much more expensive than others.
