I found Carolina Plumbing Pros on Home Advisor website at 6:30am on Monday. The site showed the first available appointment was the next day at 9am so I scheduled it. At around 9am the first day, I got a call from Carolina Pros asking me if I would like an appointment same day. I was thrilled to receive such quick response from them :-). They were very flexible meeting my schedule. Randy came out in a well marked van, looked at my three problems and assured me he could take care of them immediately and gave me an approx. cost which I asked him about. I was impressed with the professionalism and cost for the work. I will repost if there is any problem with what they did, but at this point, I am very satisfied and would definitely refer my friends and family to use Carolina Plumbing Pros!!

Was very professional. He stayed theretill he found the problem. Talked about everything an didn't pressure you on telling you what you had to do. Everyone has been very nice. So now we're having a new unit put in. I cryed all day. Had to use our savings. But we were blessed to have that. By God's grace we are blessed everyday. Thank you

How can I explain to you how wonderful the service was from this company. I can honestly say we have never had service this good before. John made every attempt to insure that we did not spend any money needlessly. He was on time, he was honest, he told us everything he was going to do before he did it. John made sure that all of the plumbing work was completed professionally. He scheduled the appointment with the inspector and made sure that all of his work was done to code. Wow, it is very rare to find someone that gives their all to insure that the work is done properly, quickly and professionally. We will definitely use him again should we have any other water heater, plumbing or water filtration needs in our home. Thank you again John for everything, we truly appreciate you.

I had a water leak and called first thing on a Monday. Jaqi answered and was helpful on the phone. I figured I’d be waiting a few days before an appointment but she was able to get me on the schedule in just a couple hours. Jaqi texted me when Luke was on his way as promised.

Luke was extremely knowledgeable and was able to locate the leak quickly. Another tech met him on site with parts so he didn’t even need to leave during the visit. The price was fair for all the time and effort he put into the repair. MD Plumbing went on my preferred vendor list and they will be my first call with future issues. Highly recommended!

I had an issue with our septic pump and King Plumbing was able to come out sooner than expected which was phenomenal. Clay and Travis did exceptional work and was very personable during their time here. I will definitely be continuing to use them for all future maintenance and repairs. Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain. If you’re looking for a Good Charlotte plumber, call these guys!
