Best Need Repair in Charlotte NC

We came home from a weekend away to find our house at 88 degrees. Of course this was a Sunday night. We contacted the company that we had a warranty with but could get no response. Finally called another local company who came out and fixed it. But 2 days later it was out again. Company came back and decided it needed a new fan motor and replaced it that day. By that evening, no AC again! Started getting the run around when we called again. Had heard a lot of positive experiences with Accent Comfort Services from 2 family members and 2 other friends. We called them and they came out the next morning. They found the motor that was installed to be defective. We contacted the original company who installed it and they argued that it was surely not defective but would send someone out. It was a no show. Called Accent Comfort Services again - they came out the next day. It was then determined that the wrong type fan motor had been installed by the original company. Accent immediately got a new fan motor, installed it, and it's been working perfectly since.

Throughout the entire process, Accent Comfort Services (Dan Mills) and all the staff were extremely professional and followed up with exceptional communication. They assured me they would do everything they could to get us comfortable again in our home. I would highly recommend them!

We’ve been plagued with multiple, frequent, and massive water leaks for 10 months. Other plumbers have come out to unsuccessfully “repair” the lines (didn’t last) and try to identify the cause of a leak that has cost us a small fortune (they couldn’t). After a good bit of research, I called Service Pro Plumbing – and let me say - all their excellent reviews are absolutely 100 percent correct.

Will, the owner, came out almost immediately to diagnose the problems we were having. He listened patiently and attentively to all our frustrations, was able to efficiently and resourcefully find the root of our issues, and he made the urgent repairs on the spot! I was so impressed with his diligence, his thorough explanations, his reasonable pricing, and his genuine concern, that I hired him immediately and without hesitation to fully replace our water lines. Within ten days of my first call to Service Pro Plumbing, we have a brand new – properly up to code - water line running from all the way from our meter to the house, as well as under our house, with a new PRV and shutoff valve and properly tacked up old black poly. PLUS they found and fixed a hidden hole in the pipe from our washing machine which was dumping additional water into the crawl space. I cannot describe how grateful we are!! Will is highly knowledgeable, accurate and reasonable with his estimates, professional, meticulous, and ALL about customer satisfaction and service. I will NEVER go anywhere else for any plumbing needs!

Maz with Perfix did an excellent job on the remodeling of my Master bathroom. Not only is he professional but he pays attention to every detail. Even when I could not make a decision he walked me through the pros and cons of the different options. He kept his word on the timeframe and ensured that the process was seamless.
