Carolina Plumbing Pros is an impressive plumbing company. They are locally owned and operated by people who truly know customer service and equally know their work. When we had to replace our sewer line and re pipe all of the plumbing under the house they did an outstanding job. They were the only plumbing co. that did not ask what the other plumbing companies said was wrong. Their price was the second most affordable out of four quotes. I worked with Stefan (co-owner) and Daniel (technician).

Herbie showed up 30 minutes after I called the company. Never had such experience before. He did an excellent job! He was very professional, polite, cleaned up before he left. He knows what he is doing. We are extremely happy with his work and with the company. We are glad we chose them.

Almonte plumbing was great. The owner promptly responded to my request and was able to get in as early as possible. In typical fashion, all our problems happened over Thanksgiving weekend. He resolved our issues, provided value, and other recommendations for future plumbing needs at a more than fair price. It is always great to find a local business that is committed to helping out the community. We will be definitely utilizing his services again in the future.

Very knowledgeable plumber came to fix a recurrent clogged toilet. This was the second plumber to take a look (first from SE Plumbing)- The plumber went to crawlspace first (vs toilet) and found the problem after some agitation of the pipe and history of the event. I was using 2 ply toilet paper for the high efficiency mode of a dual flush toilet. Excellent catch! No charge for coming out as we discussed future plumbing concerns (i.e., a 12 year old water heater). Highly recommend!

From office communication to the final inspection, the service was prompt and professional. MD Plumbing relocated and installed a new gas water heater; also added a new spigot for the garden and ran a gas line for the grill. This was a lot of work and all done in one day as promised. As the owner of a home services company, I am very particular about the installers I hire and Chad's team delivered beyond my expectations. I had an emergency on a Sunday and my regular plumber said it would be 2 weeks before they could get to me. Then I started calling around and someone recommended King Plumbing. I called and left a message. Drew called me back immediately. Within the hour, Clay was here and cleaned out the clog in the pipes. Unfortunately I did not have a great experience with American Leak Detection of Charlotte. We had a leak of unknown source and my plumber recommended them. Their regular guy was out sick so they sent 2 guys out who must not have been competent. I watched them closely because I was paying $700 up front and wanted to know how this works. They took a long time and finally decided on a spot and marked it and then left behind a part of their machine. We called the plumber to dig. He dug 4 feet and no sign of water. I called ALD and they insisted that they dig to 6 feet. This required a big machine and at 7 feet still no leak was found. I called ALD again & they acted like I was not telling them the truth. Finally they agreed to try again and sent out their regular guy who quickly found it in a VERY DIFFERENT location where the 2 original guys had not checked. This mistake cost us an extra $1000 dollars & created a HUGE hole in our front yard.
The address on their website is not real, I went there to return the machine part and discuss this situation and no one at the address had heard of them. This does not sound like a legitimate business to me. I have not received an apology nor any offer of compensation. It seems crazy that they can make a huge mistake that costs ME 1K and there isn't any way to hold THEM accountable. So this review will have to do and hopefully someone else will be able to find a company offering better terms.
