Projects have ranged from small jobs (install a toilet, fix a leak) to larger ones where he installed cabinets and granite counter, a shower, and plumbing for a bathroom remodel, and he has installed whole house water filters in four homes for us and relatives. In all projects, Thomas communicates well before, during, and after the job. Thomas' work is of excellent quality, finished in the timeline he committed, and is of great value. This company is well-managed and have an immediate response when you call. I looked online to find someone and I thought I had scheduled the appointment with American Leak Detection. But when no one showed and I called he said, no I wasn't on his schedule and he's the one that makes the appointments. My appointment was done by a lady at the other leak detection company & they never came for that appointment.

I would highly recommend American Leak Detection if you need someone to give you immediate response. He was so nice to me even though I called complaining.

We have a leaking toilet, had appointment on a Wednesday, Technician Travis came out was hear no more than 10 to 20 minutes. Said all was fixed, collected $100 service fee. 3 to 4 hour's later floor completely flooded. Toilet is now leaking weather water value is on or off. Called Accent Comfort to have a revisit, Technician can't come back until following Monday because Thursday is booked and Friday is New Years Eve.Sorry to say bit my Monday appointment was cancelled due to weather (it was just only rain). Rescheduled for upcoming. Thursday, appointment canceled due to shortage of technicians. Now rescheduled for Friday. This has been the absolute worst experience we have ever had with any service provider. One cancelation is acceptable but several with different reasons is not. Let's hope this is a isolated case with bad timing.
