FYI - if you need an electrician I strongly suggest NOT calling Roby Electrical. I scheduled an appointment for the 2-story family room ceiling fan to be repaired. The lights all blink, so likely not just a lightbulb replacement. Clearly told the Roby operator that the room is 2- stories. Electrician showed up yesterday to basically assess the situation. He walked into the house with zero tools, flipped the lightswitch and nearly immediately recommended replacing the ceiling fan. He suggested three steps:
(1) today's meet and greet for $100
(2) a proposal for 2 guys to come with a tall ladder and determine what they think the problem might be for another $650 and
(3) a third visit of 2 guys to repair the issue (or replace the fan) for an untold amount.

We have been using Thomas of With The Flow for over five years. Projects have ranged from small jobs (install a toilet, fix a leak) to larger ones where he installed cabinets and granite counter, a shower, and plumbing for a bathroom remodel, and he has installed whole house water filters in four homes for us and relatives. John did an excellent job of removing my 2009 tank water heater and replacing it with a tankless unit. The tankless unit required an electric outlet as well. He installed the new outlet in addition to adding a dedicated circuit to my fuse box. John was very thorough in explaining to me what to expect with the new unit. Day 3 and very pleased with my decision to go tankless.

I could rave about Jason's work from M.D. Plumbing Mechanical all day he showed up was personable but yet professional. He listened and went to finding and resolving my drain issues. Jason went above and beyond to correcting my drain issues. I will definitely utilize their services when and if necessary..
