Reggie arrived on time and knew immediately what the problem's' were. He looked under the sink, then he went to his truck and put together the pipes he needed (gluing the ones that needed it). It was amazing to watch him work. He was fast and efficient, while being professional and courteous.

Eric Jones of EA Jones Plumbing recently came out to repair a leak in the wall of my bathroom. He carefully examined the issue to determine the best way to repair it. Before doing anything he explained the issue and what needed to be done. He was successful in repairing my leak issue with minimal damage to my sheetrock and concrete slab. He's very knowledgeable and professional and definitely takes pride in his work. Their prices are definitely reasonable. From start to finish it was a pleasure working with this family owned and operated business!! I recommend giving this company a call for any plumbing issues.

My husband called A+ Rooter to check on water leaking in our living room. Oscar came and courteous on all communications and the plan to fix. He, his dad, and his brother came the next day and fixed pipe leaking behind the washer. They were professionals and very friendly. Would definitely call them again!

I am so glad that I found Jim Dickerson Co. Their rates are phenomenal and their work is excellent. I had three situations that needed to be addressed: a badly, leaking bathtub faucet, a disposal that needed to be replaced as well as a kitchen faucet. Brandon listened to things I had discovered after being in my new home for two weeks and offered sensible suggestion. Brandon was very friendly and professional and did an excellent job taking care of all three issues. They are definitely on my to call list whenever I need excellent service. Excellent company and can’t recommend enough!! Came out day we called and installed a new water heater and installed/replaced additional other parts to bring ours up to code. Checked for any gas leaking multiple times to make sure all was safe. Highly recommend and very fairly priced!

Chris was great! He was very professional and took the time to fully explain what was being done and why. He took his time, set the right expectations and ensured that the space was better when he left. I highly recommend this company and the service we had done was a condensate reroute.

Poor communication. Wasn't notified of when they were to arrive (as they stated they would). Then, they call and say they are leaving after sitting in front of the house for 40 minutes. Try ringing the door bell next time.

Couldn’t recommend Rick enough! Communicating with him was a breeze, plus he’s timely responding. He’s as cheerful as he is professional. He charged us even less than he quoted us, which was already extremely reasonable, because he finished more quickly than he expected to. Talk about honesty. Finally, he insightfully and confidently diagnosed several problems another plumber completely missed and/or misrepresented, offered a set of possible solutions, helped us pick one that would last, and executed cleanly. We are relieved we found and went with him before we locked in with the other folks. We’ll certainly call him again for future plumbing needs.

Service technician was courteous and professional. He checked the thermostat and filters before cleaning the air conditioning unit.

We recently had a whole house repipe completed by Slava and he did a fantastic job. He took time to explain how they would install each section of pipe, and most importantly, took great care to minimize the cuts in my existing walls. All of the other plumbers who looked at this project wanted to make much larger cuts in the walls as well as my downstairs ceilings. Slava came up with a way to route the upstairs pipes that eliminated the need for any ceiling cuts. They also had the most competitive pricing and actually charged us less than the initial quotation at the completion of the project. His wife Rocco is extremely friendly and helpful as well.

We had some blockage in our main line and was quoted an outrageous amount from another company. Jackie and her team came out and identified the problem and resulted in us saving thousands of dollars. I never write reviews but I will only use Pay Less moving forward.
