These people are great, and Desiree is an absolute pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to help with an underground leak coming from the city's pipe, and followed up with me the following morning to check on the status (even though this was not a job that MKB had involvement in). To the owners of this business, Desiree deserves a raise, or at least a nice bonus for the holiday season.

I am very pleased with the results of Mr.Toliny's work. I regret that he had to wait on a response from the warranty company for over 1.5 hours when he could have been installing and moving on to the next job on time. Thank you for being so kind as I was attempting to learn about what you were doing.

Terrible experience! Do not show up for day and time scheduled, do to return any phone calls, office is usually staffed by voicemail. Totally undependable and unprofessional!

Jake was top notch. He is very professional, detailed and thorough. He cleaned up after the work, walked me through the job as he finished them giving me confidence that my money was well spent. Above all, it's nice to know that my house with a history of plumbing issues is finally resolved because of Jake's expertise. Prior homeowners had clearly used cheap plumbers and I'm glad that I used this company to get the job done the right way! Peace of mind is worth a lot to me!

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

Brice was so nice and professional. Was able to find what was clogging our disposal and even checked under the sink after the fix to make sure everything was running correctly. Morris Jenkins is always dependable and gives great trustworthy service, wouldn’t call anyone else! I called today and they had someone out in 1 hour to fix my disposal. 10/10 service every time. Also coming Monday for twice yearly HVAC cleaning!

Kaleb and his crew did a wonderful job on my plumbing project. He went above and beyond to help us finish our project. He was on time, honest and performed quality work. The office staff was also great to work with! Five stars across the board!

Roby reached out to me to set up an appointment with a field service manager to check over the panel upgrade and verified that everything was installed correctly. Thank you. I appreciate the time they took to ensure that I was ultimately taken care of. It is very refreshing to see that they are willing to learn and improve from my feedback.

Hired Roby to do a panel upgrade in 2017 (from 150 amp to 200 amp.) I was told this was a standard job. I had read many good reviews before hiring Roby and thought this would be straightforward.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with their work. To sum this up -- a lot of mistakes were made and it appeared that this job was rushed.

Here is a list of what went wrong:

(1) The electrician who came to my house told me that upgrading the outside equipment/wiring was not part of the scope (which did not make sense to me because if the outside equipment/wiring where the electricity flows into the house is not rated for 200 amp, then it doesn't matter if the inside panel is...). He then called the main office who told him that the outdoor work WAS part of the scope and needed to be completed. Had I not asked about the outside equipment/wiring, this would have delayed the completion. This also indicates a lack of clear communication to the electrician from the main office/project manager.

(2) After replacing the panel/circuits/wiring and re-energizing the circuits, the circuit that the hot water heater is on was NOT properly re-set and therefore did not get re-energized. This left us without hot water for the weekend. There were also 6 mislabeled circuits (i.e. the second floor was listed as the third floor, etc.) that I spent 2+ hours re-labeling that weekend.

(3) A 220V wire that had been disconnected from the panel (before bringing Roby in) was re-energized. This wire was purposely left disconnected as the appliance it had been connected to was removed from my home and the plastic insulating layer on the wire was compromised (I did not want to use this wire for any new appliance or other future use as there is more risk because of the insulation damage). Unfortunately this wire was strung through the entire length of my home and I could not remove it unless I ripped up floors. Roby should have paid more attention to which wires were and were not energized BEFORE completing the upgrade instead of wiring up everything and assuming it was safe to do so. I know it is not uncommon in older homes (like mine) that wires are left disconnected from the panel because they are no longer in use (they are left there disconnected because it is too difficult/expensive to completely remove them from the walls leading up to the panel.)

(4) There was an electrical outlet in the way of where the new, larger panel needed to go. The electrician removed that outlet and did not tell me. My husband later noticed the outlet was missing, so I called Roby and requested that it be replaced, which it was. This indicates lack of attention to detail and possibly dishonesty.

I felt that I had to follow-up on many details and did not trust that the upgrade was done correctly. I felt that Roby was trying to get the job done quickly but not correctly.

Thomas has helped us several times over the last few years. Very professional, timely and excellent overall service. I can’t recommend him enough!

We had a backup issue after hours. Tony arrived within a half hour and triaged our problem. The remainder of work occurred the next day with the owner and another gentleman. Incredibly responsive. Communicated the issue and proposed resolution along the way. Would absolutely use them again.

Had a 25 yr old water heater kick the bucket and started to leak water. John got out here same day and put in a brand new water heater so we would have hot water in the morning (and no major water issues)! Highly recommend!

We have used M.D. Plumbing twice for drain cleaning and could not be happier with the service provided by Jason. If I had learned my lesson the first time, I would not have needed to call M.D. the second time, but rest assured I will be less reliant on my garbage disposal in the future!

Jason knew exactly what he was dealing with from the moment he looked at our sink. Within 30 minutes, the drain was clear and water was flowing as if the pipes had just been installed in our home. M.D. Plumbing will be the first and only phone call we make if we ever need their services again in the future (hopefully not too soon though)!

Dmitriy is a fantastic plumber who pays great attention to detail. He is quick to respond and does everything right the first time! Highly recommend!

John and Lucas did an amazing job. They put in a new main water line outside and got it all done in one day!

I have a home warranty that uses this plumber. Had an appointment on 12/20 (11-3PM) to which they did not show. We didn’t receive a phone cal or text indicating they wouldn’t show. The next day we get an email from the home warranty company indicating we (not the plumber) cancelled the appointment and the claim would be closed. I suspect they mismanaged their time and to stay in “good standing” with the warranty company, they pointed the finger at us thinking we’d disregard/forget. Leaving this review for others to see and left the same feedback with warranty company.

Terrible customer service. Called to ask if they had a regulator for my gas water heater. I called a 5:30 and was hung up on after my first question. Called back and they told me that I'm not a regular customer and to call back at 8:30 in the morning. I then asked can my water heater be fixed tomorrow and he said I don't know what kind you have, where you live etc. Which I have been trying to explain to them. Guess it doesn't matter that I don't have hot water until this is fixed. Never again will I ask for their business with such lazy people working there.

I have used Hobbs Plumbing for years. They have installed fixtures, helped with a leak and took care of a clogged drain at my personal home. They have also helped out with a clogged drain at a rental property along with a leak at another rental property. The prices always seem to be in line and the response time has always been great. I recommend Hobbs without question.

The cheapest and most professional plumbers with most definitely use them again polite and on time their is no one better.
