Of course with the freezing temperatures our area experienced today we ended up with a pipe breaking. We called ER plumbing and they were able to set us up with an appointment on short notice even on a very busy Christmas Eve!!!! The technician they sent (Mike S.) was nothing short of amazing! He was able to identify the issue and correct it in no time! We know this time of year is so busy but we really appreciate the work that was done. We will definitely keep them in mind in the future and will be recommending them to all our family and friends in the area!!! Thank you ER plumbing!!!

The blower went out on my a/c unit this morning near 7:30am. By 8:15am, the Michael & Sons tech team was at my front door and they quickly and efficiently diagnosed the issued and replaced the blown blower. I was back to cool air by 10am! Just amazing and I’m so deeply grateful!!!! I couldn’t recommend them more highly to anyone who needs help and quickly! God bless everyone at Michael & Sons!

Very rude woman scheduling appointments. I received a reference number from whirlpool and once I finally was able to get in touch with this company to schedule a repair, she refused to schedule the appointment. She told me I had to contact the plumber that I had install my hot water heater to repair it and then hung up on me. I wish I could have left less than one star!!!

I defiantly recommend using Pay Less Plumbing for all your plumbing needs, our plumber TJ did a great job and not to mention provided excellent customer service. Our property had a MAJOR water line break inside one of our resident home…water was poring out of the slab, we had water everywhere and going into the next apartment. Pay Less Plumbing was able to come out right away and take care of all the repairs and restore water to the community right away. After reaching out to several companies for an emergency job that no one could get to, I referred E&E plumbing to a good friend and client that's an electrical contractor that blew a pipe inside one of his clients crawlspace.
Not only that they were able to help him within a couple hours, but they hooked him up astronomically with price.
***It's very rare to find a company these days that doesn't take advantage of a situation like this and ends up charging an arm and a leg.***

As a new homeowner, it's stressful enough to have things go wrong but also having to worry about finding a reliable, trustworthy plumber. Scott was very friendly, always accessible and quick to respond, explained everything clearly and went ABOVE and BEYOND expectations, spending numerous unbilled hours to make sure the problem was completely resolved and doing a thorough inspection to ensure no other systems were impacted. He also helped me hold another vendor accountable that did cleanup after I had a sewage leak and ensured they come back and completed the job when they cut corners. Scott of course didn't have to do any of this but he genuinely cared about me and wanted to make sure I was completely taken care of. I never thought I'd so much praise for a plumber but as a working professional, I can respect when someone truly does their job and takes pride in their work. Scott did that and then some. I will never be using another plumber as long as I live in the Charlotte area! Your dedication doesn't go unnoticed Scott!

I found Morris-Jenkins on google and after a research of companies in the area gave them a call. Keith Sirignano came out to help the same day. He was very professional, so helpful through the whole process, offered advice and even responded to random texts that my husband and I had about the process throughout the night. He was great, and made us feel very comfortable using this company! Highly recommend them, they are installing a new gas line for us but picked us up for hvac maintenance and will also be on call for any plumbing work that we may need going forward. It was great to meet Keith that likes to golf, thanks again!
