We had a huge job at our rental house. The sewage line had collapsed and the entire line had to be replaced. Mike came and replaced the line, added two clean outs, and even surprised us by adding a turn off valve (very much needed but we didn't think to ask about that). He did all this work, along with his crew, in one day. The yard was graded and seeded after the project was done. Debra, in the office, kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend this plumber!

The service technician, Brian was excellent. He came in and properly diagnosed the issue, quickly completed the repair, (despite a challenge or two), all the while providing a detailed explanation of what happened and answering my follow up questions thoroughly.

They then gave me options to solve the problems I was having. After I made my decision, they got the job done very quickly. They were both very polite and respectful to me and my home. Super nice, professional and knowledgeable technician from Norway. Unfortunately, our clog decided to unclog before he arrived, so there was not much to do.

i call to ask about assistance with major water damage that I was having at my home and when doing so the woman that answered explained to me that she would have to call me back . She stated she had to get the supervisors approval before being able to come out. I never heard back

Called Jason @ Zoom on Friday afternoon for a toilet that would not flush. He quoted me a price and said that the next afternoon he would be out. It was not an emergency as this was just the guest bathroom so the following afternoon was perfect.

The next morning I received a call from Jason saying he would be by in an hour. Only 40 mins later him and his guys were there (already a great start).

After assessing the situation they proceed to work quickly and got everything fixed up in about 20 mins.
They also took care not to make a mess, and cleaned up well after.

I was also charged less than the quoted price.....so overall 5 stars for great service, prompt arrival, and honest pricing. I will def recommend and call them again if anything goes wrong.

ACC Plumbing did a fantastic job for me installing a gas line to my new fire pit. Brian Thompson was professional, on time and VERY communicative. His pricing was also very competitive. This company went WAY above normal customer service standards to help me through a very unusual situation of getting not one, but TWO hot water heaters from Lowe's with the same factory defect. Chris from Hefner was so supportive during this stressful two month ordeal navigating through the warranty options etc. I ended up with a third unit purchased directly from Hefners which solved all my problems. Next time they will be my first and only call!
