Best Toilet Repairs in Charlotte NC

We were in need of a toilet repair that was beyond our expertise. I found MKB Plumbing on Angie's List. They were the first to respond to my request for service. To my surprise they said someone could be out in the next hour or so. It was not an emergency situation, but given everything going on in the world, I was happy to have such a timely response. Harry, our technician, was courteous, on time and respectful. He not only fixed the main problem but fixed the minor issues with the toilet also. While at our house, I got him to do some other small projects that we had been procrastinating on like switching out a showerhead that was too hard to remove. I thought the pricing was fair for the amount of time and projects involved. I will definitely have MKB Plumbing on speed dial for our next plumbing needs.

ER was awesome, called on a Monday morning and they had someone out before 12pm. Washing machine drain pipe was leaking and backed up. Ricky was courteous, professional and let me know exactly what he was doing step by step. He cleared the issue and we were able to get back to washing clothes! Thorough investigation and resolution of our tank less water heater shutting down when rainwater entered the natural gas discharge line. Jeff reviewed the problem, contacted the manufacturer, ordered the part, returned and installed. Professional and courteous. Office kept me informed, scheduled the visits, and provided estimate for services. Have used them previously and will again. Thanks.

ACC Plumbing did a fantastic job for me installing a gas line to my new fire pit. Brian Thompson was professional, on time and VERY communicative. His pricing was also very competitive. Its not often you find a service provider that you would enthusiastically recommend but I found one in Brian and ACC Plumbing. 5 stars!!!

Marvin was not only knowledgeable, but willing to accommodate our timing needs in order for us to attend my daughter's Christmas Parade. He was nice and personable. Professional in his evaluation. He explained what our contractor had done improperly in the plumbing work completed. He provided detailed notes on what was needed in order to correct and what the causation of our issue was. He was educational, in sharing with me his assessment with actually walking me through every step along the way of his work. I would recommend him and this company again. Very transparent and honest.

These people are very rude and aren’t professional at all

Tim Breault has an amazing team of workers. I trust their work experience. Prompt service. He also has trusted referrals for other services if needed.

Chris is a great plumber and a great guy. His prices are good and his work is excellent. We call him for any plumbing needs.

We had them replace all polybutylene pipe with PEX in the house we just purchased, install new toilets, move a gas regulator outside, and replace a kitchen faucet.

The good:
- Price quoted was similar to other companies
- Their office staff and plumbers were pleasant to interact with
- Price paid was same as price quoted
- They rescheduled to another day without issue when the painters' schedule and theirs conflicted
- When the gas regulator move wasn't as straightforward as expected, they went back to the shop, got the extra parts needed, and handled it within the scope of work.
- They finished the majority of the work in one day, with just a few things left on day 2
- The new pipes work!

The bad:
- Office person and lead plumber are out of sync. Originally we got everything scheduled for plumbing, then drywall repair and paint, then move-in, but the office person was assuming a date that didn't actually work, causing them to instead get scheduled in the middle of painting, which forced a plumbing reschedule to after move-in
- All of my hardwood floors in the areas they worked are covered in drywall dust
- They left boot smudges on white stair fronts
- They forgot part of the scope of work (kitchen faucet) until I reminded them
- They used my ladder and shop vacuum without asking -- (I know this is probably a bigger deal to me than it will be to others, and Mike made it right by reimbursing me what I asked to cover damages)
- Siding penetrations for gas line were angled upward and not caulked
- They did not caulk shower mix valves or tub spouts
- They did not properly caulk toilet bases (many gaps)
- They left polybutylene valves under our primary bathroom vanity, which leaked water when I opened them to cut them off myself
- They left puddles of water on top of the moisture barrier in our crawlspace.
- They removed insulation from under the first floor in two spots and did not replace. Same with living room ceiling/primary bath floor. They removed insulation that's currently sitting on my living room floor.

The not quite sure:
- They left one section of polybutylene pipe I wouldn't have known about if I didn't go under the house to check their work. When I asked about it, I was told someone else was coming to take care of that section, but had 6 jobs that day. But they had already sent a list of things they had left after the first day, and that was not included. I'm trying to assume positive intent, but including this here to remind you to check the work your contractors are doing.
- They left a ~10ft section of polybutylene where the primary supply comes under the foundation wall. We discussed this in our initial conversation, but to the foundation wall was not specified in the scope of work.

Derek and his team are top notch. E and E is the only plumber I would let work in my house. Great team, attitude, and business. Keep up the great work. You won’t regret hiring them. They have done a full install on our new house and are always available for questions and supporting their customers.

Mr. Ward and his team came out to install a new hot water heater, water softener, and a couple of outdoor spigots for us. Would highly recommend using them if you are looking to have quality work done. The owner and his guys were very respectful, professional and most importantly knowledgeable. I really liked the fact that they seem to stand behind their work. Their prices were comparable with the prices of other companies we received.

In my experience with my business and home these guys are always timely, polite and honest. They also do great work. I would recommend them for any job.

Jake was great! He was professional, friendly, and prompt. He replaced an LP gas line for my fireplace and did a great job! Will definitely use again when in need of a plumber!!

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.
