They replaced our unit on New Years Eve and encountered multiple, unexpected (and complicated!) issues. There were five or six guys here on our house at 7pm and they were all working extremely hard to get it resolved. We felt awful that they were here on a holiday but they could not have been kinder and reassuring that they'd get it all sorted out, and indeed they did. We could not be happier with their kindness, professionalism or quality. Happy to give them business and hope you will too.

I had an 80 gal residential water heater spring a leak on a Saturday morning. I received a few different quotes, but no option for weekend repair. I contacted E & E Monday morning and they were able to find a unit and repair the same day. Workers had great dispositions and work quality. They took the extra steps to install things properly and were also willing to correct a couple of other faucet issues while here. Highly recommended!!

He did a great job, was courteous, professional, and efficient. I will definitely use this company again.

This is a very, very long overdue review! Met owner years ago for dishwasher installation and have requested his services ever since! He is so humble that was not aware that company remodels bathrooms, kitchens, etc., until I looked @website! Our downstairs bathroom flooded thanks to faulty water pipes. The bathroom needed remodeling! Once the repair and remodel was finished, wanted to live there! lol Also remodeled master bathroom and it looks and is AMAZING! Definitely live in this bathroom! lol Next project is our first floor for floor replacement thanks to an appliance malfunction! #BlessingInDisguise lol Will plan to get total kitchen remodel hopefully in near future for upgrade with flooring and hopeful quick sale of home one day! Owner is honest, dependable, appreciative, respectful, personal, etc……all of the letters of the alphabet! Since his company is so excellent, word spread fast, so he is very busy, so please be patient! Thanks!

Charged $65 to come out and wasn’t very helpful. Then, sent a ridiculously high quote. Had no choice but to forfeit the $65 to avoid paying thousands more for simple services. Invoice # was 778

I called Southend plumbing after paying $500 dollars to another plumbing company (ER plumbing) who only capped the leaking pipe and stated that they would have to remove my garden tub to actually fix the leak. I was concerned with the amount they had already charged without actually fixing anything so I called Southend. Larry came out but wasn't able to see the issue since the line had been capped so he had to reopen the line (undo the work ER plumbing did) to see the problem. Larry identified the problem and was able to fix it without removing my tub or cutting anymore holes in my wall! AND he did all of that work for less than the price they quoted to repair the line (not including their charge to remove the tub and). Southend Plumbing undid the work that ER plumbing did and then fixed the problem for only $600! I wish I had called them from the beginning--I wouldn't have thrown $500 away on ER plumbing.

Even through adversity with freezing cold weather that wreaked havoc on their machinery, Ultimate Plumbing stuck with it until the job was complete. I will definitely call on them again whenever I need plumbing work for my business or home.

I needed old plumbing replaced under my house and I used this company to do the work. Called them and Danny came out the next morning. He inspected the work that needed to be done and booked us for the next day. These guys were efficient and professional...and they didn't gouge us out of any money. Highly recommend these guys.

Riverview Plumbing did a fantastic job for us on our kitchen remodel. Dawn is a real assets to their company and is great at communicating and setting expectations - which they more than met. Scott was professional and efficient. It is good to have a small town plumber that is fair in their pricing and does what they say they are going to do.

my second time using this service to replace the fill pipe and toilet flapper. very pleased again. good quality work, reasonable price repairperson was on time and very clean.

The office informed me that before work began I would know the what it would cost to fix. None of that information was provided. On top of that the bill is way over the top. At almost 250$ an hour. The truck should show up with all parts ready to go. This was a minor fix $10 parts to fix. And of coarse the truck didn't have the part. Another hour of time for not being a good company that has parts. The final bill wasnear $650. In total I needed 4 couplings and two pieces of pipe a foot each. Should have taken less than 30 min to fix. This company is a rip off. I do not recommend this company to anybody
