Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain. Not only did Ken repair a faucet which was in dire need of being replaced, but also helped fix some pressure issues in the house. Ken was kind, and detailed on what the issue was and how to prevent it from occurring again. He also cleared out an unclogged drain that was on its way to growing its own life sized monster in there.

Company is a radically over priced., we called them out for a repair, they came and fixed it,$300 then called them back as the issue resumed. He charged another $300 to repair the repair all of 5 min in the building, had to call them back as the problem still exist, now they want $950 to install a new sink..., however not no more. The 1 star is for Customer service which is good then they screw you on the over pricing.
