Tony installed a new water heater in our home. Our tank is housed in an outdoor cabinet, so he toiled in the wet. The tarp I offered him was turned down. Superb quality of work. Tony at is fantastic, and I highly recommend them.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

I called Phoenix Plumbing & Restoration out for a clog in my kitchen sink. We had some grease build up. The took care of my clog quickly. Their prices are fair as well. I will be using them for any further Plumbing issues.

We have been using Thomas of With The Flow for over five years. Projects have ranged from small jobs (install a toilet, fix a leak) to larger ones where he installed cabinets and granite counter, a shower, and plumbing for a bathroom remodel, and he has installed whole house water filters in four homes for us and relatives. In all projects, Thomas communicates well before, during, and after the job. Thomas' work is of excellent quality, finished in the timeline he committed, and is of great value. It's never a good sign when you get to know your plumber well. However, if you do find yourself in such a situation, hope that your plumber is Jason J. from MD Plumbing.

From the very beginning we knew Jason was our guy for the rather large undertaking of a complete home repipe. The first company we reached out to, the plumber who came out to do the estimate essentially measured distance and counted fixtures to calculate the estimate. Jason, however, got under the house to look under the hood. He came back to us with recommendations for how best to do the job, and even discovered the upstairs was plumbed with undersized pipes that he would fix with the repipe. I really, really appreciated the thoroughness of the estimate, as it was a sign that a similar attention to detail and workmanship would be applied in the actual repair.

To no surprise, Jason's quote came in significantly less than the other company, primarily because of the work he put into the estimate allowed him to write one that was much more accurate to what would be required for the repair. And by significant, I mean almost three times less, saving us *thousands* of dollars.

As for the actual repair, Jason and his assistant knocked out the whole-house repipe in a day (a long day, but a day nonetheless). They also found several ways to minimize the invasiveness of the repairs, saving us more money on the back-end when it came time to fixing the holes in the ceilings/walls. Moreover, Jason was more than happy to come back out the very next day and take care of a few (expected with such a big project) touch-ups. It never felt like after he had finished up, that I was no longer a concern.

MD Plumbing, and Jason specifically, will be our first and only call for any and all plumbing needs in the future (we actually already had him back out to install a Phyn leak detection system, which is pictured). In addition to the massive cost difference between MD Plumbing and others, I sincerely appreciated Jason's dedication to his customers, quality of workmanship, and overall just being a good human who I was happy to have in our house.

Also, I would be remiss without giving a special shout-out to Jaqi, who helped coordinate scheduling and was ALWAYS quick with communication about the project.

Had an issue with a bathroom fixture, called them yesterday morning. Talked with Drew (nice to have someone answer the phone). He said they could be out the next day. He asked I text my name address etc. which I did & he confirm he received the text. Later that day received a text stating they would be here Friday between 11:00 & 1:00.

Today they arrived at 11:10 & resolved the issue. Cost very reasonable.
Highly recommend them. They are now the plumber I will be calling for all plumbing needs

Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain. If you’re looking for a Good Charlotte plumber, call these guys!

The First Lady I talked to was very professional.She gave great details on what to expect from the company once tech arrives. They would give a break down of all work before doing anything. This was not done and tech came the max 15mins chaulked area and told my wife what he did and left. I called wife thinking company was on the way to check out the issue. She explained to me they came and gone. I reached out to the company second lady answering the phone told me how professional the tech were. I was asking over and over what did they see how did they repair it..At the end my basement flooded because of the poor repair by this company.

My home warranty company referred them to me. It took them a week to send someone to my house for issues w 2 toilets. They arrived on Monday and today is Wednesday and the one toilet that was supposed to be fixed is now not working as previously reported. When the plumber was here he only removed the lid .. Twisted the canister in place and told me that was all that was needed. The other toilet had a cracked tank but he did not have one on truck that fit so did nothing with that one. So today ... I am back to having 2 toilets that do not work and I paid the $75.00 service fee. What a rip off!
